Holiday Home Sea is located in Premantura, only 300 m away from the nearest beach and 500 m away from Cape Camenjak (Rt Kamenjak).

House is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with BBQ facilities, 2 terraces with garden furniture and dining area.



Ground floor of the house consists of living room, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom.

Upper floor has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room.



Holiday Home Sea is suitable for 8 people in total (best would be for 6 adults + 2 children).



The house is only 100 m away from center of Premantura, where you can find stands with domestically grown fruits and vegetables, bakeries, nice restaurants, agencies for bike, kayak and boat rental. It is possible to book organised trips and explore Cape Kamenjak with bikes or kayaks, or sail to nearby islands. Sport and adrenaline lovers can take diving, surfing or kite flying courses.

There's only 5 minutes of walk to Cape Kamenjak, where you can reach a 15 km long beach with lovely coves and beach bars.

Camp Stupice is 200 m away from the house.



Premantura is a smaller place which is especially vivid during the summer. Filled with nice restaurants and surrounded by untouched nature, Premantura is a perfect place for your vacation.

Over 500 plant species can be found on this area, and some orchid species are endemic or endangered. The peninsula is surrounded with crystal clean sea and it's known for its wonderful color.

Bike trail 318 (MEDULIN RIVIERA) stars at the entrance of Premantura.

Family Park and Samy's Ranch (horseback riding and many more activities) are 4 km away (Medulin).
