Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Balcony with a view of the sea and Lyme Bay coastline. Allocated off-road parking for 1 car. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Please supervise children on the balcony at all times. Note: Allocated space for 1 medium sized car in communal garage, dimensions; entrance to garage - 2.1m high x 3.3m wide; parking space - 2.2m wide x 4.5m long. Note: There are smoke/ fire alarm tests being conducted inside the building and apartments on Friday 21st November.
Town: The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!
