We highly recommend Blue Bay Villa Thea to anyone thinking of visiting the area. We did not have visited Cyprus previously, but we met very helpful, friendly, and warm people there who help us a lot. Also to mention that the agents gave us a lot of information and were there for everything that we needed. We are already planning our next holiday at this villa!

We had the most wonderful holiday ever! The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Nice spacious outside area with a private pool, terrace, and a nice dining area with BBQ. The location is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. Great for couples and families who want to have a quiet holiday. We are coming back for sure.

Stunning sunsets

The property is furnished in traditional Cypriot style. A little tired in places but everything we required was supplied. The outside spaces were fabulous with a lovely covered patio and pool with umbrellas for shade, a brick built bbq and a grassed area and views of the sea. The cleaner came twice during our stay cleaned throughout and changed towels and bedding. Property manager was on hand for any problems and regularly cleaned the pool and outside areas.

A review

It was ok in the main but had some issues with cleanliness. Cobwebs, pool with a few dead insects in the bottom , dead mosquitoes in all the light fittings and smelly drains. It may sound silly but I would come back because the issues , apart from smelly drains, were sorted out fairly quickly. My main gripe is that these things shouldn’t have been left until guests arrived but dealt with before they turned up. The place was essentially ok but lacked a decent once over and it put a slight dampener on things.

Blue Bay Villa Thea is truly amazing and the grounds are stunning. Excellent facilities, great location, and lovely staff. Particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. The sea is so close to the villa, that is a real plus. Polis is one of the best places that we have ever visited in Cyprus. We already visited the Baths of Aphrodite, Akamas, and also Kremiotis waterfall and spent an amazing time together. A really lovely holiday.

Blue Bay Villa Thea was well maintained and had everything that you could need. The property was completely safe and the pool area was magnificent in general. The outside dining area was great and we spent every night there. We had no issues whilst we were there but we printed all the pre-arrival details which were emailed to us prior to arrival (driving instructions and contact numbers for the out-of-hours, an emergency number, and also the contact number for the local agent) which was really reassuring. We highly recommend this property! We had the best holiday ever!

The pool and garden area were well maintained. The towels and bed linens were changed twice a week. We have visited many villas in Polis over the past 5 years but this villa is definitely the best one. During our stay there, we also visited Argaka and Agia Marina, where we tried some of the best specialties ever. Cant wait for our next holiday there.

Very comfortable and relaxed holiday, exactly what we needed. All the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining room, the lounge, and other amenities were just perfect. Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year. There are several restaurants, tavernas, and bars nearby (within walking distance). We really enjoy our stay here. Thanks a lot!
