We have pleasure in offering this newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment, overlooking beautiful sea views of the South Cornwall coastline and Looe Island.
The apartment hosts an open planned fully fitted large kitchen, with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, a gas hob, electric oven and microwave.
A large dining room with an 8 seat dining table overlooking stunning sea views, with sliding doors to a large balcony area with undercover comfortable seating.
Sit and relax while enjoying the beautiful sea views and stunning sunsets.
The lounge has comfortable seating area for 6 people with large smart TV, bi-fold doors opening onto the balcony.
The main bedroom has beach and sea views, a superking bed, which can be separated into 2 single beds, it has its own spacious en-suite shower room and smart TV.
Bedroom 2 is a spacious king size bedroom with en suite bathroom, over bath shower and TV.
The hall has hanging space for wetsuits, coats and shoes, with a separate cloakroom and broom cupboard. A cot and high chair which can be set up on request.
There is private parking spaces for 2 cars.
We are happy to accept up to 2 well behaved dogs (additional fees apply).
The south facing beach is a short down slope walk, which at low tide has pleasant soft sands and numerous rockpools to explore.
If you love walking there are many coastal paths within easy access of the property, which takes approximately 25 minutes to Looe, with its vibrant atmosphere, where you can find many restaurants, pubs and cafes.We recommend you book restaurants early at busy times of the year to avoid disappointment.
There are also many boat trips from Looe Harbour. Looe has its own station where you can take a train to Liskeard which has direct lines into London and the rest of Cornwall, such as Bodmin Parkway, St Austall, Truro, Hayle and Penzance.
However long you decide to stay, you can be sure of a wonderful location, unforgettable views and a trip to remember.
