The Space:
Inside this recently-renovated apartment you’ll find an open-plan living/kitchen space, along with a beautiful bedroom and shower room – all decorated in a premium Farrow & Ball colour palette. High-end finishes have been used throughout to create a luxurious feel that’s befitting of the apartment’s Georgian heritage.

LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN
The living area is arranged around a feature hand-painted fireplace and has a comfortable sofa bed and two accent chairs, along with a large 55-inch smart TV and Empire bronze and crystal chandelier.

The kitchen comes complete with Bosch appliances: hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer as well as a microwave, kettle and toaster – everything you need to cook in during your stay.

There’s also a dining table for four, plus a small breakfast bar and stool.

BEDROOM
The bedroom has been finished and furnished to an extremely high standard and features a bespoke king-sized serenity bed with a premium 3000 pocket sprung mattress (made with British wool, silk and cashmere), as well as premium bedding from ‘Soak & Sleep’ to help ensure a great night’s sleep!

Luxurious touches like Voyage curtains and a designer ‘Ralph Lauren’ rug give the space a boutique hotel-quality.

You’ll also find plenty of storage for your belongings.

SHOWER ROOM
The shower room is clean and modern and features: basin, WC and walk-in shower.

Guest Access:
The apartment is in very central Bath so walking is the best way to get around!

Due to the city centre location there isn't any parking at the property but there is a long-stay carpark (Charlotte St) nearby.

Linen for the sofa bed is provided when booking for guests 3 & 4. If you would like to use the sofa bed when booking for less than 3 guests, a £20 extra charge will apply to cover the additional linen costs.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from major attractions like The Royal Crescent, The Circus and The Assembly Rooms – as well as some of the top restaurants in the city, including a great gastro pub opposite the apartment.

A short 15 minute will take you into the heart of Bath where you'll find the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the Thermae Spa.

Getting Around:
The apartment is in very central Bath so walking is the best way to get around!
