Situated on the first floor of a building with two elevators, this space includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 private), two spacious balconies, kitchen, and living room for maximum relaxation.



The furniture and decor are new and carefully selected to create a pleasant and neutral environment, providing comfort similar to home. Towels and bed linen will be provided, including pool towels. The building is modern, with air conditioning in all rooms, wooden floors, electric blinds, and double windows for comfort and safety.



Beyond comfort, safety is a priority - windows lock to the outside, a secure entrance door, external camera and remotely controlled gates ensure peace of mind while enjoying the condominium facilities.
