Completely self contained recently converted annex attached to owners barn, non smoking with private garden and driveway. Set in a rural location on our smallholding just a mile outside St Teath, with excellent access to the North Cornwall Coast and Bodmin Moor. This is a very convenient location for visiting many of Cornwall's attractions as Polzeath, Rock, Port Isaac, Tintagel, Boscastle St Breward and Blisland are all within a 20 minute drive. A large hallway with slate floor is handy for bikes, boards ,golf clubs, walking boots etc. Peaceful location with minimal light pollution so star gazers will love being able to study the night sky. The Barn is equipped with a great walk in shower and electric heating so you have the best of both modern conveniences in a high ceiling traditional barn.
We were pleased to find a very orderly, clean and soundly thought out property especially the Wet room with powerful shower.Additionally the Living room was light & spacious with well situated, comfortable bed.Ample parking, far off views and a contented flock close by. Above all it is a deeply peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Many thanks,
Had a brilliant stay at the barn annex. Location was central to exploring Cornwall. The annex had everything we needed and was peaceful and comfortable. Easy communication with Michelle and checkin super easy. Would definitely stay again.
What a lovely little stay in Bodmin. Off the beaten path, quiet, gorgeous. Only about 20 minutes from Tintagel, and some of the best clotted cream in town. My wife and I both agreed it was our favorite stay of the whole of our trip which spanned the entire island. The accommodations are ideal for a couple looking to escape into the beauty of the south-lands! Bathroom was spacious and the shower was great (even for me at 6-2â). The bed was comfy, dead quiet at night, the Kitchen has everything you might need, and it does have a little fridge. It was clean upon entry and there was fresh Cornish milk, and cream teas to welcome us. 10/10
The Barn annex stay was a quiet and relaxing visit to the Cornish country side. Liz was a great host, who communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very comfortable with good facilities.
Well recommended by us.
Absolutely perfect! Spotlessly clean, comfy bed. Amazing shower. Lovely scones on arrival! Very quiet and peaceful location - with just the friendly sheep for company. A true find.
All communication was excellent, warm welcome and easy flexibility. Lovely sheep and a new rural route for me. Have come away with washing up liquid. It q will be replaced
Ein herzlicher Empfang zur Ankunft in einer gemĂŒtlichen Unterkunft.
Beim nÀchsten Besuch bleiben wir lÀnger und freuen uns schon darauf.
Danke fĂŒr die schöne Zeit!
Tasteful barn conversion to a studio flat. A mile off the A39 down a very narrow country lane. Very quiet and peaceful. Centrally located for access to north or south coast. We had a lovely stay. Overlooks field of Jacob sheep. Kitchen area and shower room well designed with quality fittings.
Liz, is a veterinary nurse and husband Peter is a builder. They converted the main barn over 20 years ago and have now converted it once more making a self contained annex with a large garden and parking spot. The Barn is a registered smallholding with a small flock of Jacob sheep a few chickens and a large veg plot.
âLittle Barnâ has everything you need for a relaxing break. Well equipped kitchen, a large hallway for surfboards, bikes and boots. An amazing rain cloud shower and a lovely view.
The location is perfect for exploring the local area. The Camel Trail is just 4 miles away and the Coast path just 3 miles. There are several farm shops nearby, ideal for shopping and lunch! Restaurants, the Eden Project agricultural shows, surfing, cycling, fishing, walkingâŠthe list goes on!
