Spacious four bedroom apartment just off the main street of the seaside town of North Berwick. Within easy walking distance to shops, cafes, bars and town harbour. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with high speed WiFi and outdoor space. There is plenty to do in and around North Berwick- horse riding, golf, boat tours to the Bass Rock and Edinburgh is a 25 minute train journey away.
What a great place. Clean spacious rooms, living area and well appointed kitchen. North Berwick is a beautiful location connection to Edinburgh are great 20min train ride, timetable is good but not if youâre intending to stay out late. We all very much enjoyed our stay plenty to see and do. Hope to return someday

Flat was just as described on listing, if not better!!!
Directly above the shop inn which was handy for a drink and the restaurants and shops are pretty close by.
Parking was straight forward to find nearby and we had 4 cars with us.
Would definitely use again!!!
Location was great and property was clean. The listing says on site parking which was not true. It also says internet which is true in parts of the house but not all bedrooms. It would have been helpful to have more instructions for how to use heater, etc but owner was quick to respond
4 of us spending a week in town to play all the excellent golf courses locally and enjoy the town. Location is great with many restaurants, shops, coffee places and takeaway shops either right below or nearby. Lovely gardens and the harbor just down the street. You may have some late night noise from the street or pub below. The convenience and size of the flat was great for what we needed and Annie was very quick to respond to any questions.
Bright, comfortable accommodation in attractive seaside town.
Bright accommodation in a corner of seaside town, overlooking pristine public garden and historic lodge with grounds accessing John Muir Country Walk. The beach, harbour & Scottish Seabird Centre are all a short walk down the street. Close to restaurants, cafes and parking, the flat is just around the corner from the townâs food, craft and boutique shops. Our extended family of 7, enjoyed a comfortable, relaxing stay in this holiday flat which was immaculate and thoughtfully well provisioned by the host. We appreciated the ample towels and crisp bed linen. Laundry, cooking and dining facilities were all well provided in large bright kitchen. Lounge with large tv & selection of DVDs provide entertainment all ages.
A perfect property for an extended family holiday.
The apartment is above a pub in the centre of town. 2 mins from the beach and across the road from a park and gardens.
An excellent ice cream parlour, and chip shop downstairs a brilliant coffee shop round the corner and plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Plenty of space for 8 people and dogs.
The first night - Saturday was rather noisy as the pub had a live band we were all so tired from the journey that we were not too disturbed
The flat is clean and comfortable but not so spotless that you need to follow the children round with wet wipes.
We really couldnât have found a more perfect place.
I couldnât regulate the heat on the shower and it was too hot for the small children but they had a bath instead so it wasnât a major problem
I would recommend the apartment to any family who have children who want to visit the beach,teenagers who like water sports and anyone who likes a good cup of coffee
