Youâll be spoilt for choice with an abundance of independent shops, restaurants, cafes and boutiques, award-winning butchers, and bakers - youâll have everything you need at your fingertips, including the railway station providing an hourly service, 25 minutes to the centre of Edinburgh.
The property offers 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom featuring a jet bath, separate walk-in shower room, and powder room. It also has a separate dining room (seating up to 8 guests), living room, beautiful kitchen with all brand new appliances and quartz worktops. There is also a roomy conservatory leading out to the private backyard, where there is parking for 2 cars.
