Porche fermé avec air / chaleur idéal pour se divertir! Immense terrasse couverte avec cuisine extérieure donnant sur le canal avec un nouveau quai en aluminium pouvant accueillir deux bateaux! Great location vous place à quelques minutes du golfe du Mexique pour certains des meilleurs pêche et scalloping en Floride. Couchers de soleil à couper le souffle pour terminer votre journée!

Perfect for our family

This was the second time we have stayed in this location and it was just as great as the first time. We love being close to the scallop grounds and having a place on the water. 4 bedrooms is great for the kids to have their own space and the back porch is perfect for relaxing.

Scalloping trip

The property was perfect for our family scalloping trip !! There was plenty of room for all 8 of us . The house was very clean and we loved having the ice machine to fill our coolers every day before heading out on the boat . We will definitely stay here again !!!

owner must be out of state its called best of times NOT

lack of house keeping lack of maintenance the house is a hack job roof leaks lights don't work nice grille if It worked old washing machine in the side yard serious landscaping required a weed eater would go a long way ice machine was great!! wont rent there again!!!!

Unfortunate you didn’t enjoy your stay...the recent remodel was done professionally and offers guests a comfortable outdoor deck area, climate controlled dining area and separate laundry with brand new appliances. It is also disappointing to have the lot next door mentioned in your review as it is under construction and has NOTHING to do with the rental home. Thank you for pointing out a leak in the newly installed roof. This was from a screw that backed out and has been corrected. Also, the lights all worked fine when we personally checked them....perhaps you did not use the correct switch...and as for the grille, it was checked and it appears to be working just fine now. We always welcome constructive feedback and use it to better our home for future guests!

Dirty…

When we arrived, I was disgusted to find a dirty home full of palmetto bugs. There was dust covering the oven, the floors were filthy and dead bugs on the floor, under the bed and on the pillows. There were no linens on the beds or pillows, when we contacted the host, they told us to travel (nearly 45 minutes to an hour) into town and buy them as they do not provide them. This is not listed in the property description anywhere in the app nor is it listed on the pictures shown on the app from our phones. We were not notified of this at all beforehand. Thankfully I have friends in town who were able to provide us linens so we did not have to drive anywhere after traveling all day. I also had to clean every surface myself as the dust on the oven and countertops and filth on the floor was making my skin crawl. I had to scrub the floor on my hands and knees to wipe it clean for my family. There were also dishes left out on the counter to dry that were not put away. When it became time to unload our coolers and put away food in the refrigerator, I opened it and was stunned that it was dirty and full of someone else’s food. I had to clear the entire refrigerator out and clean all the compartments and dispose of the opened food items that were not our own. I was also astonished to find car air freshers in every single air duct vent in the home, the little tree hanging air fresheners in the fan lights, and tons more in the outlets. There is more to this review I can’t fit

We apologize for the four dead palmetto bugs found in our ground level coastal home. The plug in air fresheners add a fresh linen scent that past guests have enjoyed and we were shocked to find them all in the outside Ashe tray along with the seventeen bags of trash you left for us to haul to the dump. Holes found in outside furniture and lack of adherence to house rules were very disappointing. For security reasons, we only provide our door code to renters but we had strangers returning personal property to our home the next day by accessing our home without permission using the door code they had obtained. We do apologize that the refrigerator was not emptied as that was a sincere oversight by our property manager. It was unfortunate that you overlooked the No LINENS provided notation in all seventeen areas in the VRBO description and were happy to hear that you remedied that locally. We hope you enjoyed the Keaton area with your family and friends.

Close to Everywhere

Not only did the property and the immediate area exceed our expectations, but the proximity to SO many other fishing, birding, wildlife refuges, great restaurants, and beaches made our trip phenomenal! Easy access to fishing charters for those without a boat, and the ease of cleaning fish at the property also enhanced our trip. Perfect for a fishing getaway or family vacation. We will be back without a doubt!

Could do better

For the most part it was okay. No Bugs really. The beds were comfortable as long as only 1 person slept in it. They roll to the middle! The window leaked but it was storming for over a week. No fault of theirs. Te kitchen was bare. Not stocked at all. As far as the cleanliness I think they could do much better. The second bathroom was very hard to find. Just didn't notice it because we didn't look in the kitchen. The Master Bathroom door is incredibly hard to open and close. I am very small and it is a Sliding Barn Door. We did get a few bluecrabs off the dock. The Outdoor space is top notch though. The cleaning station, dock is the best part of the house. All in all though it was good enough for what we needed.

Glad you enjoyed the outdoor area with covered porch, large fans, outdoor grill, fish cleaning station and ample seating. Critters around the outside area near the water are unavoidable, unfortunately. Sorry you had trouble locating the second bath which is right when you enter the home, but a little tucked away. The mattresses are only one year old, but we have had ALOT of guests and plan to upgrade once again! The kitchen has a stove, microwave, large refridgerator and freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, vacuum sealer, toaster, ample plates, cups and silverware, outdoor grilling utensils, linens....please let me know what additionally you felt was missing so that we can continue to improve our guests experience. We strive to ALWAYS create a safe and comfortable stay for our valued guests.

Great time scalloping

Had a very good time. The property was a great place to stay and enjoy our vacation with family. Clean, comfortable with great amenities, like a commercial size ice machine. Nice to have a floating dock to be able to keep our boat in the water every day. The outdoor covered deck was nice to be able to relax and enjoy the view of boaters coming and going. Would recommend this property to any one who enjoys the outdoor boating pleasures and sunsets. Amy was a pleasure doing business with and answered all the questions we had. Wayne and Family

Great family place!

We have stayed here for the past three years scalloping with our daughters and their families! We met the new owners last year and were excited to hear the plans for changes they were going to make. They have made an awesome place even better. Love the closed in dining area and new deck with sitting, cooking and fish cleaning areas. Our grandsons ( ages 6-15) loved crabbing from the dock, fishing and scalloping. The owners are friendly and helpful.
