The Brisbane Apartment is a modern and bright 2-bedroom apartment (4+2 guests), located on the first floor of the building in Forte São João. Just 300 meters from Alemães Beach, it offers access to a large common pool, sun loungers, and well-maintained gardens. Between the old and new areas of Albufeira, it is close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and beaches.

The two bedrooms are comfortable, both with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed and built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a sea view and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has a pool view. There is also a second bathroom with a shower.

The open-space area has been fully renovated and integrates the equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with TV. The balcony is perfect for outdoor meals or a sunset drink. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and a counter with stools for breakfast.

The apartment includes free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, and private parking in the complex.

The location is ideal for relaxing holidays, close to everything you need. The famous Rua da Oura (10 min walk) offers the best nightlife in Albufeira, while the Old Town is a 20-minute walk away.

A car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the reservation to confirm if your dates can be accepted.

The change day is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).

Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices are for up to 4 people.

From the 5th to the 7th person, an additional charge will be applied that includes an extra bed or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).

According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
