Town: Burry Port boasts a variety of businesses, a Post Office, many bars, and restaurants and is wonderfully situated on the gorgeous South West Wales coastline. The golf club is known for providing year-round sport, regardless of the weather, and the sandy beach is equally enjoyable on hot summer days as it is on wild storming winter days. The Millennium Coastal Park, with its 22 kilometres of off-road cycling trails, stretches along this stunning coastline, allowing hikers and cyclists alike to enjoy one of Wales' most gorgeous itineraries. Carmarthen is a busy retail hub with several major brand stores as well as small, distinctive Welsh gift shops, wonderful restaurants, tea rooms, bars, a bowling alley, and a theatre for movie fans. Llanelli has a wide selection of out-of-town shops, a modern cinema, a theatre, and a leisure facility, as well as a modern links golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
