Oceanwalk - sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms

Oceanwalk is an impressive 4 bedroom property sprawled across 3 floors of elegance. Furbished to a high specification and catering for up to 8 guests. Each bedroom has been meticulously themed to give an exclusive feel to each room. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom complemented by an additional separate toilet. There is a bath available at the property too.​



The property sits within a gated development ensuring added safety and security. Allocated parking for 2 vehicles​ making life simple. For further convenience, there is a car charging point available.​



Underfloor heating is installed with each room having its own individually controlled thermostat for complete comfort.​



Oceanwalk is configured internally as a perfect setup for two sharing families. Although there are 4 bedrooms, the second floor separates the two sleeping spaces providing total privacy at bedtime.



The Kitchen at Oceanwalk has highly polished Quartz worktops with state of the art NEFF appliances. The large kitchen-diner is on the same floor as the living room so there is ample space for all guests to kick-back and relax. There are balcony terraces at the front on both the 2nd and 3rd floors.​



A media server has been installed brimmed with films and box sets free for our guests to enjoy and can be streamed to any of the smart televisions in the living areas and the bedrooms.



The whole property has a blanket of WiFi reaching every corner of the property.​



Located only a couple of minutes stroll to the town centre and beach, makes Oceanwalk an unbeatable spot.

Amazing and Luxurious Holiday Home

We stayed as a family for a week during August. Amazing house, spacious and spotless and with a great higher end specification. Location was also a big positive being so close to the town/beach yet very peaceful. Would highly recommend and would happily book again!

Perfect getaway!

Could not fault the location or the facilities. Easy walking distance to the town and beach, 2 designated parking spaces and an outdoor storage area for keeping your chairs and surfboards. Convenient outside tap to wash away half the beach you brought back with you! The house itself has everything you need- generously sized rooms with plenty of bathrooms to match, large living room and kitchen area, balcony with a table and chairs and separate outdoor sitting area. TV in all bedrooms, plenty of charging ports for your phones and Ipads etc... Very clean and tidy, the house was perfect for our needs and could not fault the service! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent holiday home and position

Oceanwalk is an excellent house, it has all the modern items that a home needs. The location is literally a few minutes walk to the beach and high street. For the children the park area is minutes walk which has lots of safety play items on. Oceanwalk has also got an electric point to charge your car which was very helpful. We had an amazing time staying here well recommended.

Excellent second stay!

We loved Oceanwalk so much last year that we booked for this summer too. The property is beautiful, so clean and modern. We like the gated access which keeps it secure along with the other 4 properties. Is a short walk to the beach which enables easy evening walks to see the sunset. Cannot fault Oceanwalk. Thank you for a great week.

Second stay at a beautiful property

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Oceanwalk. We love it! The house is in the perfect location, just a short walk to all the local shops, pubs, restaurants and of course the ocean. On arrival the property is spotless and kitted out with everything my family needed to start our holiday. Communication with the owners was simple and always prompt. As I have said above we love it here and look forward to visiting again next year.

Beautiful, spotless property.

Really is a home from home. Everything felt clean, new and cosy. First time I have been on holiday and not cleaned everything before we relax. Very close to town but away enough that you don't hear traffic. Beautiful property and the owners couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommended ❤️

Ocean walk

Very impressed with Ocean walk. Secure parking for 2 cars, very clean and tidy. Short walk into Perranporth, so great location. If I was to be critical in anything, there wasn't a microwave that some of my party would have liked. We were there for a short break and it sorted our needs perfectly.

The top oven is a NEFF high quality Microwave Oven and so you can use it either as an oven or a microwave whichever you need at the time. Excellent all round holiday

Excellent home from home stay. 5min walk to the beach and shops. Everything you need was in the house. All top quality appliances. Clendiness was 100%. Definitely would advise you to have a holiday here. Nothing was to much trouble by the owners. They are on hand whenever you need them.

Great house in centre of Perranport

Had a great stay at Ocean Walk over New Year. The house is very spacious and the kitchen is extremely well equipped and there are 2 parking spaces. The bedrooms are lovely with extremely comfortable beds and lovely bed linen. They are also a good size. No hanging storage in either of the twin bedrooms, but they both have chest of drawers. There's also ample wardrobe space in both of the queensize rooms. The house is configured well for 2 families as 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor and 2 are on the top floor. Fantastic ensuite facilities in all bedrooms. The house also has electric vehicle charging which was a great bonus (charge as an extra but at a reasonable rate). The only criticism is that it was quite sparcly furnished in the living room and no blinds or curtains made it feel a bit cold and like you were sitting in a goldfish bowl on a cold winters night, but i'm sure it's not such a problem on a lovely summer's evening. Having said that, it would not deter us from booking again in the future as the house was so good and the owners are extremely lovely and helpful. Unfortunately they do not take dogs which is a great shame!

Ocean Walk made our holiday!

From the very first click of the mouse in booking our holiday the communications from the host was superb! Timely emails, reminders, hints and tips and access instructions meant I didn’t have to worry about a thing! The location of ocean walk is what made our holiday! Literally minutes walk from the beach, which meant the 2 cars didn’t move and we didn’t have to worry about parking. If we forgot anything (which we did) one of us just popped back to the house, it was that easy. The facilities and appliances makes it a home from home. Kitchen wise: the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prep and cook our meals. The living room is spacious and cosy and with the balcony meant that it was lovely to sit in on an evening. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds super comfy. The twin rooms had plenty of drawer space and the king rooms had spacious wardrobe and shelving space with a hand full of hangers. All 4 of the en-suite bathrooms we a god send! All four showers being used at a time and you wouldn’t know it as it didn’t affect the temperature or the pressure. It was super useful to be able to have access to the washing machine and dryer too! I have no doubt we’ll be returning f to ocean walk soon!!!

We stayed here with some family and friends and were blown away with the spec of the holiday property. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and we have no reservation in recommending this to other guests. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Property

By far the best self-catering property we have ever rented. Furnished to a high standard, spotlessly clean, very well equipped & comfortable. Excellent location too, only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops & restaurants without having to negotiate any hills.

Very comfortable property in a very good location

This is a modern comfortable property finished to a high standard. The location is great - a 5-minute walk to shops and not much further to the beach, in fact it's not too hard to don your wetsuit and carry your surfboard down the road to the sea. The beach store was very handy for wetsuits and boards too. Overall, it's hard to fault the property really, so the criticisms below may seem a bit picky however I think they are worth considering nonetheless. The kitchen is very well equipped but could do with a coffee machine or a cafetiere at a minimum. For those that prefer a real coffee in the morning (not instant granules), there is nothing on offer. The outside tap could benefit from a hose attachment. This would have made cleaning the arms/legs of wetsuits much easier (we noticed all the other properties had this). The fact that no towels are provided whatsoever was a surprise. Beach, shower, hand towels x 8 people does take up a fair amount of room in luggage and although not a big deal, we thought that at least 4 hand towels (one for each bedroom) could have been provided at least. We all thought the check-out time of 9:30am was a little harsh. We have been to Cornwall countless times and stayed in many properties, but this was by far the earliest check-out required. We understand that it's a large property that takes a fair bit of cleaning, but I think allowing over 6 hours to clean is a bit excessive. As we only had a short distance to travel, we decided to pack up and leave the night before, just so we didn't have to get up so early! Apart from the above, we all had a fantastic time and would have no hesitation whatsoever in returning and recommending this property to others.

Outstanding accommodation

This was our second visit to Oceanwalk and we’re just as thrilled this year as last. Standards have been maintained, our hosts are so accommodating and respond to every message immediately. Lastly the location, a mere few hundred yards from beautiful Perranpoth beach is so perfect. All being well we’ll see you next year.

Lovely Easter Stay

We enjoyed a very nice week at Oceanwalk over Easter. The accommodation is ideal for extended family or two families of 4 and has been built to a very high spec. Also, because it’s gated and you have 2 parking spaces it feels very secure. It was also nice to be in touch with the owners directly if we were to have any questions. All the in-house appliances and amenities are great and easy to use. A BBQ in the courtyard area would be a nice addition but certainly not essential. The location couldn’t be better and is less than 5 mins walk to the high street and the beach. There is also a play park and fields for kids less than 5 mins walk away too. Overall it was a great break in a lovely house and we’d definitely recommend it to friends and if we holiday back down in Cornwall we’d look to see if Ocean-Walk is available.

Post Christmas Break

We stayed here for a week after Christmas with our close family. The house was clean, modern and well catered for. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Also, being able to park 2 vehicles on-site was tremendously helpful. We can't wait to revisit Oceanwalk.

Lovely half term break with extended family

We had a lovely stay at Oceanwalk and everything was so clean and tidy. We particularly loved the Kiosk in the kitchen with the games and the helpful information. There is a huge selection of films and box sets on the inbuilt Media Centre too which is all free. We have no hesitation to come back again soon.

Very well appointed and comfortable property. Met all our expectations and owners dealt with any (minor) queries immediately. Owners also created a WhatsApp group which helped communication. Location of property is great; it is a five minute walk in to Perranporth.

Great stay at Ocean Walk!

We all really enjoyed our stay at ocean walk. It’s a lovely holiday home with everything you need for your stay. It’s in a great location with safe onsite parking and is only a short walk to the beach and shops. The house is finished to a high spec, very clean and the rooms are a great size. The house is perfect for adults and has everything in place for children and families too. Thank you for a great stay!
