Stayed late June 2024.What a lovely tranquil place Purbeck View was to use as a base. Wouldn't hesitateĂÂ to book again.ĂÂ The hosts Julie and Mark have tried to think of everything you'd need for a stay. We were a three generation group of four, travelling in one car so there wasn't much room for any extras.ĂÂ The kitchen had everything you'd need, from pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, to the big stuff like microwaveĂÂ and washing machine (tucked away in a cupboard in the downstairsĂÂ bathroom). They even provide a wash basket and clothes pegs.The beds were made up and there was plenty of draws andĂÂ wardrobeĂÂ space,ĂÂ with hangers in each.ĂÂ There were sufficientĂÂ electric points throughout and the WiFi was fine, although it didn't always reach the double bedroom.ĂÂ If you've not been to the area before Julie and Mark will even give you recommendations aboutĂÂ where to go in the area for a day trip or meal out.And can't leave out a comment about the lovely donkeys, Bubbles and Mickey, who gave us some laughs as they played with a ball or gave Julie the run around if they weren't in the mood for their daily brush. Also enjoyed the birdsong and a visit from the little deer who occasionally wandered into the paddock.
