Marvelous remodeled one bedroom condo on the beaches of Marco Island, FL. Enjoy the beautiful Ocean and City of Marco Island views from the tenth floor balcony. With private access to the white sandy beach. The bedroom has a king size bed w/dresser, smart 50” TV, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. The living area has a smart 55” TV, a queen size sleeper sofa, and half bathroom. Amenities include: outdoor pool, BBQ area, washer/dryer facility per floor and a covered parking space. The condo has brand new furniture including the mattress and sleeping sofa, a full equipped kitchen, all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler. Walking distance to restaurants.
Additional one time fee of $150 US is required when submitting lease application to Tradewinds of Marco Condominium. A Refundable deposit secure fee of $200 US is required when booking through VRBO.

Great place to stay !

We had a wonderful stay at Marco Island. The host was attentive to our needs. The condo was comfortable and up to date. People from the properties are friendly.

Beautiful Condo

Beautifully renovated condo. Loved the remote controlled shades on all the sliders. Great building and easy walking to several nice restaurants.

The T-winds

Clean and modern unit. Great morning sunrises. Large almost private beach. 5-minute walk to the water across the beach. We brought our bikes, so we were able to ride to restaurants, shopping and parks that were close. Owners were easy to communicate with. Very happy with our stay and have rented for 2026.

Marco on the beach

We have rented from various owners over the years. Sonia and Juan are the best owners we have rent from. It was everything they represented it to be and management company was great. Hope to return next year

A fabulous way to get away and relax!!

My stay was beautiful waking up to the Sun Shining in the big beautiful windows so bright each day! Grabbing some coffee and walking out on the large balcony overlooking the beach was just the medicine needed. At night the other side of the balcony shows the twinkling lights of the city at night which is also so pretty and relaxing! The home is super clean and newly renovated! All furniture, everything is brand new! Great location! Sonja and Juan were really great hosts. Everything was perfect!

Marco Island

My family and I had an amazing experience in this condo for a month. The condo is gorgeous. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and never get old. The listing is entirely correct, and the owner is excellent at communicating. You could not have asked for a more appealing condo with everything you could ever want. We definitely will be back.

Marco Island paradise

We have stayed on Marco Island many times before and this is by far the best property that we have stayed at! We have already booked a return trip. Sonia & Juan are wonderful hosts, live locally, so can react very quickly if problems should occur. The property was well stocked with anything that could be required for a months stay. Location location location

This tenth floor ocean front condo is positioned for great views and good times. The inside is nicely updated with views of the island town and the beach. Dishes, toilet paper, towels and just about anything you could need are provided including beach towels. Beach amenities are stored just a few yards down the hall from the unit in a secure storage closet. Outside, your parking spot is covered so that you need not get the hot seat, and a pair of bikes are just outside the front building entrance. The condo location is right on the beach and is convenient to all areas of shopping and dining. Doreen's and Sami's ( must stop dining experiences) are just two blocks away. The pool is very nice and the patio areas have comfortable lounge chairs which are surrounded by a lovely hedge which allows for protected sunbathing on windy days. Overall, you won't regret renting from Sonia and Juan. In fact, you may want to make your stay an annual event. We're a married couple in our 60's from Northern Michigan. We've been visiting Marco Island in January for a number of years. This was our first time renting from Sonia and Juan. It won't be our last.
