Deux chambres ont des lits king-size californiens, tandis que les trois autres chambres sont meublées avec un lit queen-size, confortable pour dormir 16 personnes. Le magnifique salon est meublé de canapés et d'un centre de divertissement pour votre plaisir. La cuisine est parfaite pour les repas car elle est équipée d'une cuisinière à gaz et d'un réfrigérateur complet. Great Family Stay

The house was everything we wanted: a great pool with fantastic slide, sport court, and plenty of room for kids and grown-ups to play and enjoy. The owner was very responsive to minor needs we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Safari Park Retreat

Property was great, the back yard is the place to hang out when you're not at the Safari Park, 5 minutes away! The house has all the little extras that make it a great vacation getaway.

Five Star Fabulous!

This property was absolutely stunning and we had a delightful stay. We had three families staying at the property, including adults and teens, and we all agreed this was one of the best places ever. Very comfortable and so much to do on the property. The hosts were excellent, as well, very helpful and communicative.

Daughters wedding

The property was perfect for our family to stay at for our daughters wedding. Accommodated adults, small children, and all of the bridal prepping for the big day! Which was a huge undertaking. The property is beautiful!

This property is great for large families with children of any age, so many different activities for all to have a great time. There is really so much to do in Southern California. We were happy to have this house to come home too after enjoying hikes by the beach and downtown San Diego. Having the wineries so close to the house was also a plus.

Perfect Home Resort For Our Winter Getaway

We had our annual winter getaway in Southern California this year and chose Kent’s Family Resort at Home for a little Rest and Relaxation. Nothing about the house or the grounds disappoints. Where do we start, the pictures do not do justices to the beautiful sunsets over the valley, the pool was a bit chilly as to be expected for this time of the year however the 102-degrees in spa/jacuzzi made us all forget about the even colder Eastern Seaboard temperature we were escaping. The citrus trees produce the best tasting fruits we have ever had, the pleasure of picking/eating. The beds were so comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the host communication was excellent. We would stay here again and highly recommend this Home Resort to others.

Family vacation

Amazing property w great amenities. We played pickleball and swam daily. Beds are spotter comfy! We used the beach chairs at the beach which was great. Kitchen was well stocked. E all has a fantastic time and the host checked in enough to be helpful when needed and was responding quickly w any questions. Wouldn’t recommend older people w balance issues due to the steep sloping drive. It is pretty level otherwise. Landscaping is beautiful. Great indoor/outdoor living space. Very enjoyable comfortable vacation home.

Superb Family Staycation! Excellent!

What a wonderful time we had at this stunning property! We come to San Diego area often to visit our adult children and grandchildren. We rented this wonderful home for a long weekend so that we could all be together in a beautiful setting. This home was a spectacular backdrop for making incredible memories together. The grounds are breathtaking with a resort stye pool, pickleball courts and fire pits. Sunsets were spectacular and views are stunning as this spacious home is perched high on a hill. Our granddaughters enjoyed the adventure of picking fruit each day as the fruit trees are abundant. We enjoyed many happy days in the pool and hot tub. The owner went out of his way to be responsive and helpful. The home is also well stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Don't hesitate to secure your reservation. Thumbs way up! Thank you, Kent, for making our stay so memorable!

Fantastic home away from home!

We had a fantastic time at the rental. We had our kids, their spouses and 7 young grandchildren and it was very comfortable and clean. The house has lots of space so we were able to all stay under one roof but never felt on top of each other. Everything we needed was available. Plenty of beach/pool towels, laundry soap to wash, fully stocked kitchen (with many pots and pans, blender, cooking dishes galore, pressure cooker, and much more. If you need it to cook with, it is probably there.) Lots of extra pads for the floor sleepers (kids in our case). The pool was a highlight. The jacuzzi was great. We enjoyed some of the oranges and kumquats off of the tree. The piano was a bonus for our family, since we are very musical. It was 30-40 minute drive to most places we visited during the day, beaches, old town, San Diego Zoo, etc. When I had questions about anything the host was very good about contacting me back. My only problem was the Vrbo app would delay posting replies and wouldn’t let me check my inbox. I’m very unhappy with the app at the moment. But we super loved the property and would highly recommend it and would love to stay there again in the future!

Completely amazing!

Everything was wonderful. The home and property are beautiful. There’s so much to do at the house and there is a lot of equipment to go with the activities. There’s also a lot of things to accommodate children and babies such as a crib, pack n play, and high chair. It was perfect for a family get away. It’s also right next to the San Diego Safari, which is really cool. We couldn’t recommend this property more!

The house and property was fantastic for our family. We were out in the pool every day, yet we were close enough to do activities away from the property as well. Kent was really good about responding when we had questions. I would highly recommend for a relaxing family vacation!!

Great family retreat!

Our family of 12 enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The kids, aged 6-17, loved the pool and could have easily spent all day swimming and hanging out in the backyard areas. The adults enjoyed the firepit near the pool area where we could keep toasty while also keeping an eye on the kids. The location is very nice, on top of a hill with amazing views. The only downside to such a great location is that walking around the neighborhood isn't ideal given the narrow, winding streets. Luckily, the property had lots of spaces to explore. The kids loved picking oranges, grapefruits and other citrus from the trees on the property and we had some of the best freshly squeezed orange juice any of us had ever tasted! The home is well kept and you can tell well-loved and lived in by it's owners. There were some items we had trouble finding in the kitchen such as cutting boards, wine glasses and sharp knives for cooking but other than that, the home is fairly well appointed with plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The check-in process was easy with a keyless entry code provided the day of check-in. The check-out process was also pretty easy but did take a little planning since we had to wash, dry and fold all the pool towels, some of which were still being used up until the moment we checked out! The home owner was easy to contact and very helpful when needed. We did pay the extra fee to heat the pool and Kent was available on very short notice to help walk through the start up and shut down of the pool heater. Without the heater, in late October, the pool would have been quite chilly and not gotten used nearly as much. Overall, we really liked this property with all it's fun places to explore (sport court, terrace with tether ball, citrus grove, gazebo) and if we decided to visit the Escondido area again we would definitely consider renting this home.

Fall Break

Had an excellent time staying at this property! We had 3 families in total staying here ranging from ages 3- 70 and there was enough room and fun for all involved. The backyard was awesome and where we spent a lot of our time! The view at night is great. The pool/spa and kiddie pool were a ton of fun! The home was private and allowed for our group to truly enjoy ourselves. Kent was great, and accommodating, and responsive. Overall a great time and would definitely return!

Kids loved it!

Great house for our large group. Plenty of games, pool table and a fun pool. Lots of beach towels and fully stocked kitchen. Laundry amenities were great and a/c worked really well. Communication with manager was easy and they got back to me quickly. Would highly recommend!

This home was everything we could have asked for and more. We came to enjoy the warmer weather and this home was perfect for it. You feel like you are right at home. The beds are really comfy, the bathrooms were clean and sanitary and the family room was relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen has all the essentials, and a large sitting area to eat as a family. Our favorite part of course was the pool and hot tub. It was heated for us when we arrived and it was perfect. The cirtus trees were a plus, we picked dozens of oranges during our stay and they were delicious. The owners were easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here with family.

Beautiful property and very friendly/responsive owner!

We booked this house last minute (2 days before our stay). The property exceeded all our expectations. There was enough space for a large party to feel comfortable. Mats, pillows, towels, blankets were abundant. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Check-in was simple. Our stay was amazing! We will definitely come back during the summer!

Nice Home

Gorgeous home with a lot of activities to do. Great location. My only issue was the old dirty furniture. This really took away from the home. My family sat on the floor most of time. Price point too high not to feel comfortable touching or sitting in certain areas.
