This beautifully designed semi-detached house, which was built in 2021, is on the market for the first time this summer and is ideal for you to enjoy a holiday in an impressive family home. The house has been tastefully furnished throughout and has a wonderful kitchen and lounge/diner with bifold doors which open up on to the garden. The house is located down a private road, just off a residential road in Christchurch. A short walk away from the property you will find a local convenience store and a range of takeaway restaurants.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
This property has three modern bedrooms, two are Double Bedrooms both benefitting from King Size Beds whilst the third bedroom is set up as a Twin Bedroom. On the landing you will find a seating area with a sofa to relax on.

The bright and airy, open plan lounge has a dining area, a sofa bed to sleep one and is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - BT TV with BT SPORTS - DVD - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). From the lounge are bifold doors that lead out to the garden.

The modern, fitted kitchen area is well equipped with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - DISHWASHER - WASHER/DRYER.

The property has a stylish bathroom offering a bath with a shower facility and a toilet. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.

The garden offers a patio area with table and chairs which is perfect for al fresco dining and a lawn area where the children can play. This house comes with off road parking on the drive for two cars.

Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - B. GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED.

THE LOCAL AREA:
Christchurch Quay, a short drive away, offers access through to the riverside walks, park, cafe, Boathouse Restaurant, bandstand, children's play area and an exciting water play park and paddling pool which has many interactive features including water jets and sprays, a water play pump and wheel, channels and sluices as well as a paddling pool. On the Quay you can also take the opportunity to take the Ferry which runs regularly to Wick, Mudeford Sandbank and Hengistbury Head during the summer months (weather permitting). With countless quaint attractions, Christchurch has a busy High Street which offers a wide range of amenities to suit all of your needs. From shops, convenience stores, supermarkets and a weekly market you will find all the necessities virtually on your doorstop. In addition, Christchurch offers an excellent choice of cafes, bars and restaurants, including a Michelin Star restaurant in Mudeford, to make for the perfect evening. Christchurch Priory is a beautiful church, which is a popular attraction with both visitors and locals in the area. Other attractions include The Red House Museum and Garden, a Museum which offers exhibitions of arts and crafts, history and photography. Within the gardens, visitors can enjoy refreshments whilst exploring the site. It is a short drive to the surrounding sandy beaches at Southbourne Beach and you will also find Southbourne Grove where you can find even more local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Close by to the property is St Catherine's Hill which is a 35 hectare area of heathland and coniferous forest. The area is popular for mountain biking, walking, hiking and has large number of important wildlife species. Bournemouth town centre is also only a car ride away for high street stores, tourist attractions and lots more entertainment. Nearby you will also find the vast New Forest. Catering for the perfect countryside holiday, The New Forest offers a truly unique experience. The New Forest is a genuine walker's paradise with many circular and linear routes. You will find many picnic sites with toilet facilities, which are sited to allow visitors safe and easy access to a variety of forest landscapes, and you can take a guided walk where local experts will tell you about the history, geology and wildlife beneath your feet. For those who fancy exploring via bicycle, the New Forest offers miles of traffic free off-road tracks leading you into the heart of the forest.

CHRISTCHURCH / MUDEFORD / HIGHCLIFFE - Christchurch is a quaint destination, steeped in history. With beautiful riverside walks along the Stour it is ideal for the quieter day out, while still having the High Street for shopping. Everything you need

The property is located in a perfect location to be able to visit lots of different places i.e. Boscombe, Bournemouth, Christchurch etc. it has been furnished to a high standard and all the little touches really make you feel welcome, it really is a home from home. It was very clean and had all the necessities needed. Very informative information to make the stay as smooth as possible from initial booking to leaving day. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our Christchurch Holiday Home

We enjoyed staying in this clean and attractive home with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and an enclosed garden. We loved the games and DVD collection which were fun and family-friendly. The folding patio doors were cleverly designed and were perfect for a summer evening. It was convenient to be so central, just a simple walk into beautiful Christchurch with easy to access public transport (bus and train). There were many restaurants and a local Lidl just a short walk away. My only comment to improve the property would be to note the bedroom window blinds had an unusual design and I wonder if simple curtains might be more practical in a long-term rental property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We’ve got golf courses, gyms and leisure centres, bowling lawns, tennis courts and the option to try beach sports. We find it’s easier to get motivated with the sand between your toes and sea views on the horizon! You don’t have to go very far for rippling waves and sparkling seas. Here you can take to your surfboard, kayak or paddleboard and get straight out onto the open water. You can bring your own equipment or hire it while you’re here. We’ve got a fabulous mix of shops – there are boutiques, department stores, designer brands and high street favourites. Our shops are close to the beach and surrounded by cafĂ©s and coffee shops. So, you can shop ‘til you drop or just pop in for holiday essentials. The area is well known for its bustling nightlife. There are cinemas, comedy clubs, theatres, casinos, nightclubs and plenty of places to catch live music. It’s hard to beat a sunny day on the beach but with a huge choice of gigs and shows in town, you’ll continue to be wowed long after the sun has gone down.
