THE ACCOMMODATION:
This town centre accommodation has four bedrooms. You will find a Double Bedroom on the ground floor, with a shower cubicle (please note there is no toilet or handbasin). The other three bedrooms are on the second floor, bedroom two is a Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed and boasts an ensuite shower room with a toilet. The third bedroom is also a Double Bedroom, whilst the fourth bedroom has Bunk Beds.
On the first floor is a spacious lounge with a SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The lounge features sliding doors which open to a Juliet balcony.
This house has a separate kitchen/diner, also on the first floor, which is equipped with a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. For your convenience there is a separate utility room on the ground floor which includes a WASHING MACHINE.
The main bathroom, located on the second floor, comprises of a bath with a shower facility and a toilet. There is a separate toilet located on the ground floor.
From the back door it leads you to the outside decking area which includes a table and chairs.
This accommodation comes with two off road parking spaces in the drive.
