Our lovely 230m2 space has 3 BEDROOMS with 1 King bed and a 50" smart TV in each room. Our memory foam mattresses, black-out shutters, and in-room temperature controls make for a restful night's sleep. Each room has been decorated with antique furniture and original 18th century paintings and restoration work by local artists.

Get ready for your day in one of the 3 luxurious BATHROOMS, two of which are en-suite to the bedrooms. The bright bathrooms each feature 3-metre open-concept showers and custom wood furnishings and light fixtures. We'll provide you with towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer! Keep your clothes clean with the in-suite washer and dryer.

After a day exploring the beautiful region, retreat to our spacious and air-conditioned LIVING AREA, featuring an ornate decorative fireplace and a nostalgic Olivetti Lettera 22 typewriter. Curl up on the sofa and connect with friends and family back home using the complimentary Wi-Fi or enjoy a good book while music from the Thorens turntable fills the room. In the evening, connect your phone to the Klipsch Bluetooth speakers and listen to your favourite tunes while sipping a glass of wine on the private balcony.

In the gourmet KITCHEN, you'll find a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a dedicated ice maker, a toaster, a wood-burning fireplace for cooking, a rice cooker, JA Henckels cutlery, and All-Clad pots and pans. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. You can enjoy a variety of local artisanal goods and condiments provided! Pair your meals with the local wines from the carefully curated wine and spirits collection and enjoy a delicious feast at the custom-made dining table with seating for 8.

If you're travelling by car, street parking is available nearby for €2.50 for 1/2 day and €5 for full day.

We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection! Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. Please note that as per Italian regulations, you will be required to provide a photo of your passport through the guest portal for guests over the age of 16.

If you're joining us in October, you can enjoy partaking in the Sagra della Castagna, a festival to celebrate the local crop.

• Parking: nearby street parking is available for €2.50 for 1/2 day and €5 for full day.
• Security: a camera is located to the left of the front entrance, pointing to the common area, staircase, and hallway.

House Rules & Policies

• Historical Preservation: a lot of care and attention was spent restoring the historical 250-year-old wall paintings and decorations. Please refrain from touching them as the paint can be degraded by touch.
• Quiet Hours: respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
• No Pets: pets are strictly prohibited due to allergies.
• Check-In and Regulations: you will receive a secure link for virtual check-in through a guest portal. As per Italian regulations, a photo of your passport is required.
• Guest Policy: only registered guests are allowed overnight. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a €100 per person per night charge. Refusal to pay will result in cancellation without a refund.
