Bienvenue à "Summer Dayz" au 20 Gulf View Drive, idéalement situé sur le côté ouest de la plage de Panama City Beach, au niveau de la plage n ° 95. Cette nouvelle construction vient juste d’être ajoutée au programme de location et attend votre arrivée! À quelques minutes de Pier Park et du parc de loisirs Frank Brown, cette maison de luxe de quatre chambres, trois (3) salles de bains offrira à votre famille l’une des meilleures vacances sur la plage. Cette maison peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 10 personnes et dispose de deux niveaux d'espace de vie distincts avec des améliorations telles que moulures, moulures, tuiles sur mesure, sols en bambou, plans de travail en granit et bien plus encore. Des balcons privés sur les deux niveaux complètent l'expérience de vacances ultime. La cour privée offre un grand espace pour s'amuser en famille et est partiellement clôturée.

Steps from the beach

We travel to PCB frequently. This was a great property for our group. The parking was very convienient. It really helped to have 3 full bathrooms after beach trips. We would definitely book this one again.

Great House and Perfect Location

This house is very nice and has all you need. Close to the beach, 10 minutes from Pier Park and only 2 minutes to a grocery store. It has a neighborhood feel to it and the area is quiet and safe. Perfect for families.

Nevius Family Vacay

Our family had a wonderful time in PCB! The house was just steps away from our old beach house we owned years ago. It was like a walk down memory lane. The location is just perfect. Amenities of the house provided everything we needed for the week. We will definitely be back! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Close to the Beach!

This house was right across the street from beach access which was really important to us. It had plenty of space for our group of nine. I would’ve liked a few more amenities (chairs, games etc), but we really had a great time.

The property has a great layout and is close to the beach. Blue Swell is always to notch with their customer service. The only issue was there were several dead bugs near the sliding doors. No other issues. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

The people at Blue Swell was great (COCO) check in and check out was a breeze. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great - just wish we had a better view of the ocean instead of the back of nonstop condo units. We had everything we needed but things are a little dated and could be upgraded especially the living room couches - we could actually feel the springs under us on the loveseat! A fresh coat of paint and some new decor along with new sofas would go a long way!

Family Christmas

The property was very nice and spacious. Lots of room for my family to stretch out and relax for our holiday get together. Beach access and shops are also very close. I give it a four star rating because the property could use a deep cleaning. The upstairs carpet is stained and their were lots of handprints and smudges on the stairwell walls. I had to search for some of my kid's toys under the couch and it looked liked it hadn't been moved and cleaned for a very long time. It didn't really bother us, though...you could tell the house has been loved by many families.

Great location

I will say this is a great location and a great experience with the company I booked with. The downfalls of this property is the property itself. For the amount of money you pay and my family has stayed in five different homes in this neighborhood over The Fourth of July. This property needs a lot of work, The furniture was highly worn out, there was no water hose to be able to rinse down your belongings from the beach, The first night we use the oven and the whole downstairs got smoked out due to the oven never been cleaned. Once again this Property is in highly need of a renovation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our six days at 20 Gulf View were wonderful... House location is perfect. A/C and refrigerator worked amazingly to keep things cool for our family of 7! Home is spacious and well equipped. Beds and bedding were very comfortable and towels were plenty! The only thing not up to par was furniture, cookware and really needs painting. A hose would be handy under the house as well for rinsing feet and sand chairs. Shout out to Blue Swell for sending maintenance quickly for a few small issues.

Great location to the beach

Overall the house was comfortable. There were some minor imperfections, but nothing that caused any issue with our stay. It just needs to be refreshed while not occupied. The grill was not usable in its condition and I let them know that. On check out day the cleaning crew showed up an hour early and the door code stopped working at 9am instead of 10 so we had to make sure to leave the door open while packing and loading our cars so we didn't get locked out. Our trip was great and the management was quick to respond and check in on us, so I would definitely rent from them again.

Nice home in convenient location

The house is nice with a good layout for all ages. We had from ages 6 to 80, and no difficulty. The living room furniture needs replaced or repaired. It is uncomfortable and broken down springs wheb you are stuck on those rainy inside days. Otherwise, the home overall was nice, clean, and had what was needed for a week vacation. Convenient to grocery and other shopping needs. The check-out process was unclear, or is actually non-existent. I replied to one of the texts I received from Blueswell when we left, but I don't actually know what I was supposed to do, if I was to do anything at all beside leave. The neighbors are also very friendly.
