The space
Welcome to our beautiful and chic apartment! Our flat is warm, clean, comfortable, and extremely quiet. Centrally located in the ever-popular coastal town of Bournemouth, the apartment is conveniently positioned just off the A338 main road into Bournemouth. The block features a lift and offers step-free access for those with limited mobility. The apartment is lovely, tranquil, bright, and clean. For maximum comfort, the apartment has room-by-room temperature control, which can be set to your preference. There’s free on street parking available and a pay-and-display car park a minutes’ walk from the apartment. A Co-operative store is just across the road, and a lovely coffee shop and restaurant just around the corner. The award-winning beaches of Bournemouth are just 15-minutes’ walk from the property!
Free unlimited superfast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The open plan fully equipped kitchen and lounge has everything you`ll need to enjoy your stay. All with the essential appliances and kitchenware. The kitchen comes with fitted oven with hob, washing machine, fridge, and freezer. A microwave, toaster and kettle are also included along with the cutlery and crockery. You will find coffee, sugar & tea for your breakfast!
Enjoy your meals around a stylish kitchen bar table with 4 stools that can double as a great workstation. The living room features a 40’’ smart TV which is the perfect date for a rainy evening with your hands busy shovelling popcorn! Whether you’re snuggling up with a period drama or your all-time favourite movie, the 720p display gives you a really clear image. The modern bedroom is bright and sleek with a large double bed taking pride of place, with all the necessities to have a deep and relaxing sleep. A travel cot is also available for an infant (double bed size: L191.7cm x W135.3cm x H96.6cm / travel cot size: L100cm x W74cm x H74cm). All bedding supplied along with towels. You will find clean & fresh towels, shower gel, hand sanitiser and hand soap. There’s plenty of storage space for your belongings in a built-in wall to ceiling mirrored wardrobe.

Our property is strategically located on the border between Bournemouth and Westbourne, each town centre within walking distance of the apartment. Both boasting a wealth of popular bars, restaurants, and shops. Everything is at your doorstep! Any type of cuisine you can think of is available in Bournemouth and Westbourne all in walking distance.
While the area is very quiet, there is so much to see and do! Enjoy a leisurely stay, the beach is just few steps away along with, restaurants, pubs, nightlife, takeaways, gardens, shops, theatres, cinema and much more!
Award winning beaches line the coast from Poole to Bournemouth, all with easy access from road or rail, making this area the most popular destination for a staycation in the country.
The beaches, bars and restaurants are not the only draw to the area. Of course, there is plenty to do in the local area however, if you wish to venture around the nearby attractions, you will find number of the top golf courses in the country, the historic and spectacular Jurassic coast which can be explored after a short drive, as is the unspoilt beautiful countryside of the New Forest easily accessed by car or train.
Getting around
There’s free on street parking available so driving here is a good option. But so much in the local area is within walking distance, that there’s no need to have a car to have a good time. There is also great bus links close to the apartment from where you can catch services that will whisk you around the Dorset area. Bournemouth train station is a 6-minute ride in a taxi, while Bournemouth Airport is a 13-minute taxi ride to our apartment.
You can get to Southampton (West Quay Shopping Centre and Ikea) and Brockenhurst (New Forest) easily from Bournemouth train station. The New Forest is a beautiful area to walk, get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy classic English country pubs.
Buses from Bournemouth Square will get you to beauty spots such as Poole and Sandbanks where you can find beautiful beaches and the famous millionaires row where houses worth millions line the peninsula.
Sandbanks is also host to Sandbanks chain ferry which takes you to the beautiful Studland beach where you'll find great walks and charming surroundings and great food at Shell Bay Restaurant. Go a little further and you'll find the charming and rustic towns of Swanage and Corfe where you are almost taken back in time in the quaint town and seeing Corfe Castle. If you like water sports, there is an outdoor waterpark in this area.
Bournemouth's transport system allows both residents and visitors easy access across the town and further afield into Poole and Christchurch.

Bournemouth is served by Yellow Buses and Wilts & Dorset who both have extensive networks covering every major shopping area. Bournemouth Airport is covered by Yellow Buses service.
By Taxi
There are taxi ranks at many locations around Bournemouth, including Pier Approach, The Square, The Triangle and Lansdowne in the town centre. Local taxi operators include Streamline Warrens Taxis and United Taxis.
