Great 2 Bedroom apartment in Santa Luzia Tavira
The flat we present you, is a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, in the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and central heating, is located on the ground floor of a condominium with private parking in garage, swimming pool for the exclusive use of residents and guests. You can also enjoy a patio for meals and BBQ.
This is one the most beautiful charming Village in Tavira area. Capital of Octopus, Santa Luzia can be a very pleasant surprise.
A restaurant and Snack-Bar only 100 meters from the flat.
The waterfront of Santa Luzia is only 10 minutes walk away with its excellent restaurants.
“Praia da Terra Estreita" is an excellent beach with blue flag. The "Barril beach" is only 3 km away.
The apartment is situated in a private condominium, has garage private parking place, swimming pool for exclusive use of the condominium and a small communal garden. You can also enjoy a patio for meals and BBQ.
It consists of an "in suite" double bedroom with full bathroom with bathtub, and a second bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom with shower.
The rooms are south facing with a sunny balcony connecting them. All the rooms have air conditioning and central heating.
In the dining room there is a two-seater sofa and two singles. Flat screen TV, internet and cable TV. The kitchen is in open space with counter meals, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, kettle, hand blender, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
It has at your disposal bed linen, table and bath towels for 4 people, cable TV and free WIFI.
The cooking utensils for the barbecue should be left under the same conditions as found.
Baby bed available on request, €20 paid on arrival. Private transportation to and from airport, please ask.

If it is necessary to extend your stay in the apartment due to Covid 19, such as a quarantine period or any other, the costs arising from the situation are borne by the guests, including the costs of cancellation of subsequent reservations.
Since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a long-standing law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals who use that accommodation.
