Not a good stay
Lack of communication with the owner . Messaged me a month before saying he had to cancel because of access to the stairs then ten mins later said the booking was ok . The day before I was due to travel I had a message saying the property would not be ready until a day later than I had booked and paid for it ! Although he did say he would give me a day payment back to which I have not yet received ! The day of travel I asked for the PIN number to enter the property and was told I would receive this when the cleaner had finished cleaning. I then messaged to say I was 10 mins away from the property (this was past the check in time ) and I finally got the PIN number. The property itself was spotless and very clean . The Telly was only Netflix, BBC’s player etc there was no local or live tv. The bedroom tv had no aerial etc and was also not working . The people who lived above were very noisy . So much so a few times I thought they were going to come into the apartment ! It’s a shame because this really is a lovely apartment .
