This ground floor, 1-bedroom apartment offers spacious accommodation for 2 people. The property is presented to a very high standard and offers stunning sea views through the valley, towards Slade Bay. The apartment accepts a pet by arrangement and WiFi is provided.
Located on Sealands Farm in Oxwich, it offers a peaceful retreat within easy walking distance of the Wales Coastal Path and Slade Bay, and Oxwich Bay can be reached in approximately 20 minutes on foot. Oxwich Bay has 2 restaurants: The recently opened Beach House restaurant which serves fine dining options on the beach, and the Oxwich Bay Hotel which has a restaurant, bar and a very popular beer garden. There are also some shops and a cafe which is available for 6 months of the year.
Oxwich Bay offers a host of watersports which can be booked on the beach.

Lounge/Dining Area: 2 large sofas, a flatscreen TV and DVD player and occasional furniture. The dining area has a dining table and 4 high backed chairs.
Kitchen Area: Fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, integrated microwave, single oven and ceramic hob.
Bedroom: King size bed and wardrobe, and access into the luxury, fully tiled shower room.
Shower Room: Shower cubicle, vanity unit with basin and WC.
External: The farm has large grounds with sea views. The apartment has an outside area which is laid to gravel and grass with rattan furniture for 4. Off road parking.
