This stylish one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is situated in a luxurious apartment block in London’s central business district of Canary Wharf.
The first floor apartment has stunning views and an iconic new building which rises 37 storeys above Canary Wharf’s new district Wood Wharf. It overlooks waterside gardens and is home to a thriving residential community.
The apartment is accessed by elevator as well as a secure video entry system. There is also free wi-fi for guests.
The bedroom has a fitted wardrobe with plenty of hanging space plus full-length mirror and desk – perfect for home working. It is light and airy, fitted out in a neutral and contemporary style with splendid views over the South Dock.
The living area features a coffee table, spacious sofa and flat-screen Samsung Smart television. The American-style kitchen offers top of the range Siemens appliances, such as induction hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. In the utility cupboard there is a Siemens washer-dryer for the convenience of guests.
**Please note there is currently construction in the area. This is audible from the kitchen and living room as the construction is on the east side of the building. However, the bedroom is southern-facing towards the river.**
The Location
Once the location of some of London’s busiest docks, Canary Wharf is now an exciting blend of business headquarters, luxury apartments and a host of restaurants, bars and boutique shops. It also has excellent transport links from nearby Docklands Light Railway station.
This building has a large and impressive lobby that leads to a lounge, where guests can play games consoles or enjoy a game of pool. The south-facing terrace offers a variety of seating and stunning dockside views while there is also a private dining room that can be booked for up to 12 guests.
