The Master Bedroom includes a King Size Bed. The second bedroom is a Double Bedroom. The lounge/diner has a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The apartment has a separate kitchen which includes a RANGE GAS COOKER - WASHING MACHINE - TABLE TOP DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is a family bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. The flat has the benefit of an enclosed garden (access to the enclosed garden is through a gate at the end of the garden used by the ground floor flat). This accommodation comes with off road parking in the drive for one car. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - D. GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED.

Wick River has many attractions including crazy golf, children's play park, tea room, bumper boats and a ferry that leads down to Christchurch Quay and Mudeford Beach. Although only half a mile away from Christchurch, Tuckton is in the borough of Bournemouth, the town centre of which is 4.5 miles away. Wick today retains much of its historic character, including some very old timber framed buildings. Wick Fields are an important part of the Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve. With a short drive to the surrounding sandy beaches and within easy reach of Bournemouth town centre this property really gives you the opportunity to experience the many different local areas.
