Profitez de belles vues et un cadre paisible de la grange! La Grange est une seule, studio maison d'hôtes qui occupe tout le deuxième étage de notre grange croupe de style. Un millier de pieds carrés d'espace de vie moderne avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, une grande salle de bain complète et walk-in. L'espace est ouvert et la mieux adaptée pour un groupe de deux.

Ouvrez les doubles portes de la grange et vous vous retrouvez sur un balcon surplombant expansive les chaînes de montagnes Connecticut River Valley et du Nord-Ouest. Profitez de la soirée à regarder les couchers de soleil, jouer au billard, écouter de la musique ou regarder un film. Pendant la journée, les Montagnes Blanches attendent des centaines d'activités vous attend! Aménagements à l'intérieur comprend une cuisine, lave-vaisselle, salle de bain pleine grandeur, laveuse / sécheuse, l'équipement d'exercice et table de billard entièrement équipée.

Adorable place for a long weekend.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, and it had everything we could ask for. The hosts truly thought of everything! The living space is located on the second floor (washer and dryer are on first floor) which may cause issues for anyone with mobility problems. But we’d definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Lofty homebase

The property is just as described, a large open space that's very comfortable. Had everything I needed except perhaps a toaster. The property is located about 5 minutes from downtown and very convenient to major roads. I alternated days of remote work and going hiking and the location is perfect for both. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. I would certainly stay here again.

Unique Setting in a Barn Loft

Good location to many sites in New Hampshire and we enjoyed visiting and hiking Franconia Notch; Weeks State Park; Kancamagus Scenic Byway, Black Mountain, and small towns around the area. Littleton is only 10 minutes away and there are lots of fun shops and restaurants.

Great place

I stayed at this property for a month and it was excellent. It was clean, equipped with essentials such as dish soap/keurig/clothing hangers, and the gym set up great. The host was extremely responsive and all my needs were met. Would highly recommend this place.

Quiet mountain lodge

We had a very nice stay in this spacious rental! It was in a quiet location on a hill, but close to get on Rt 93. The lodging was clean, it had a comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and a nice kitchen area as well as exercise equipment and a pool table, Lodging in Littleton is somewhat limited making this a great find. Excellent TV programming as well. One note, you need to be able to walk up 23 stairs to get into the rental as it is the top level of a garage/barn structure. For us it was fine but it may matter to some.

Quiet Getaway

Had an amazing time in the town of Littleton and staying in the loft of the barn. It was quiet calm relaxing and so close to all the major attractions and highway. The Loft was very clean spacious and had everything you could ask for including a balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet & Clean NH Getaway

The property was well-furnished with linens, kitchen ware, and toiletries. It was a bit dark due to not being able to open the doors to the deck (it was February!) - the driveway was plowed with ample parking.

Beautiful Autumn in the White Mountains!

Location was great for day trips in any direction. Kitchen was great as we had breakfast and then headed out for the day. All was as advertised! Very Quiet Location with no traffic other than a few interstate noises way off in distance. Easy to find and great interstate or other roads to help you explore.

White Mountains Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the barn guesthouse. The space was bright and inviting, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The sleeping area and living area were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked for "eating in." The location is amazing - quiet and serene, yet just five minutes from Littleton. This was a perfect getaway!

June vacation

Great experience with this rental. Nicely maintained property inside and out in a very peaceful setting. Everything you need to have a home-away-from-home experience. Fully stocked kitchen with all utensils and cookware to bake a cake or simply heat a quick meal in the microwave. I'd absolutely recommend to a friend and book this rental myself in the future!

Perfect spot for day hikers

Loved this place. It was incredibly quiet, cozy, and comfortable. It has a kitchen with a full-sized fridge, which is a huge bonus, and it even has a small home gym. It's close to some great trails, so this is an idea spot for day hikers. The washer/dryer were a godsend when we got off the trails. I would love to come back here!

Exactly as Chris and Susan described, my girlfriend and I would stay here again.

It was a great get away for our weekend ski trip. The house is very easy to get to off of 93 North. The house was exactly what we were looking for as a couple.

Best accommodations for a couple or single traveler. Amazing property. Chris and Susan are great in answering any questions on places, events and things to do locally. The views at sunset should not be missed. The exercise equipment and pool table are a great bonus. The full kitchen has everything you need for staying in, but I preferred barbecuing outside. I so hated to leave that I am currently making plans for my return next year. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Great little place!

A great place with plenty of room for two with all the amenities. There is a private entrance and a dedicated parking spot. Easy access to I-93 or downtown Littleton for a bite to eat.

Perfect getaway!

My husband, our standard poodle and I spent two weeks here in March orf 2015. This place is exactly as described. It is large and open, separate from the main house (there were other guests in the main house and there was no noise or issue with them at all), has beautiful views and a low-traffic road for walking your dog. The place has everything! Thoughtfully furnished with ironing board, comfortable bed, nightlight and space heater in bathroom (for cold mornings), games, Netflix, flatscreen TV, exercise equipment, pool table, blender, AND all the important kitchen tools. We were able to make this our home away from home while my husband worked at the local hospital. We had been traveling and were tired of eating out so cooked in most meals easily enough. Susan was very responsive, and, although we experienced no difficulties, I am sure she would have been right on top of things. We would certainly return anytime (in fact we wanted to come back in April, but it was already booked!) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. NOTE: there is a stairway to the over-the-barn apartment, but it is inside so no issue with snow and ice on the treads. There is a lockable door both to the outside and to the apartment itself. Felt totally comfortable and safe the whole time.

a great ski vacation

The Barn and the location are just perfect. The condo is beautiful and relaxing. It is quite large, well stocked, and very accommodating. Everything in the condo was modern and worked properly. It was very well maintained and clean. The instructions that I received from Chris and Susan prior to our trip provided detailed information in regards to the surrounding area and operation of all amenities. The Barn is close enough to the Cannon Woods ski area and the Franconia nordic ski center. IMHO, cross-country skiing through the woods, over brooks and across meadows there was AWESOME! We had a fabulous time and you will too if you stay here.
