Appartement à 150 mètres de la Plage de Levante, Benidorm. Il dispose de 3 chambres et peut accueillir 6 personnes (5 adultes maximum).

Logement de 71 m² confortable et moderne, avec vue sur la mer et le jardin.



Dispose d'un ascenseur, jardin, fer à repasser, accès internet (wifi) par fibre à haute vitesse, chauffage pompe à chaleur, climatisation dans tout le logement, parking en plein air dans le même bâtiment sous réserve de disponibilité à l'arrivée, 1 Téléviseur Smart TV.

La cuisine américaine, à induction, est équipée de réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, four, congélateur, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle/couverts, ustensiles/cuisine, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire et presse-agrumes.

Great location, friendly & helpful staff and respond quickly to any questions.

It was in a great location as within minutes of the beach and close to the bars & restaurants. Noisy at night and in the morning but was to be expected due to location. Ear plugs helped. Place could do with a little TLC as few bits broken.

Clean, well equipped (could do with mirrors in each bedroom) Tell guests about the keypad for access- we struggled with one of the keys and fortunately a resident showed us the keypad to get into the building. The apartment is not really suitable for 6 as the 3rd bedroom is like a cupboard

great location, easy check in and out, clean apartment and exactly as described Hot water for showers was flaky. Needs mirrors in the bedrooms. More towels available No plug for the kitchen sink.

Great location and in a nice apartment block. Instructions on how to work the cooker would have been good. Also, a corkscrew would have been appreciated.

Modern, clean stylish 3 bedroom apartment

The apartment was very well located close to Levante beach and all the facilities you need. It was spotless throughout and had a clean, modern feel with all you require. 1 large double bed ensuit, 1 twin room and 1 single bedroom. Has all the kitchen facilities. Downside, is the noise from nearby building works at the moment. There also isn't a balcony but aside from this, one of the nicest, cleanest modern apartments I have been in, in Benidorm.

Location is ideal. You can get to the main areas easily, but a bit quieter at night. Pillows too firm. A minor niggle I know, very fussy!!

If you want a decent nights sleep this apartment this apartment is not for you. Location too noisy.

Good location for purposes our visit with family for family members funeral. Very clean with all essential necessities. Very noisy location. If you want to stay out until 2,3 or4 in the morning and you like to make lots of noise this apartment is one for you but if you prefer to get a decent nights sleep give this apartment a miss. Also pillows far too hard.

The apartment and the building were really good. It was in a perfect position to access everything we wanted. Pillows, pillows, pillows. This may sound trivial but to us a good night’s sleep is so important. The pillows were so hard, uncomfortable and the wrong size for the double bed that we didn’t sleep well at all. With hindsight we would have gone shopping to buy our own on day 1 of our 7 day stay……please take notice of this because it’s the only negative point.

nice apartment good location

nice apartment good location big lounge and good size kitchen and 2 very nice bathrooms. the 3rd bedroom was bit on the small side bit like box room ? but ok for single person other bedrooms were all good size with one bedroom en suite. seem to have bit of problem with hot water when we arrived later that night no hot water but in morning water was hot? seem to be enough hot water for 4 people having showers but then water went cold think this could of been down to cylinder what stores the hot water ? this wouldn’t stop us from re booking the apartment again.
