Stone Villa Gelosia Rustica with heated pool

This beautiful Dalmatian stone villa is located in the picturesque village of Sukošan, just 50 meters from the sea, offering the perfect blend of traditional Mediterranean charm and modern comfort.



The interior of the villa is bright and welcoming. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a flat SAT-TV, creating a cozy space for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The villa features two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has an extra bed suitable for one more guest. There is also a separate guest toilet in the house.



Guests have access to all the modern amenities needed for a carefree and pleasant stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, and free WiFi.



The outdoor area of the villa is equally inviting. The yard is fully fenced, offering privacy and safety, especially for families with children or pets. At the heart of the garden is a heated swimming pool (32 m²) surrounded by sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool, and a covered terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or dining al fresco. A BBQ area is also available for guests who enjoy cooking and eating outdoors.



Pets are welcome on request only, with a surcharge of 10 EUR per day per pet, and a maximum of two pets per stay.
