Perched directly on the shoreline of one of the Isle of Wight’s most picturesque and unspoilt coves, Sandpipers offers beautifully furnished holiday accommodation in a location that feels wonderfully off the beaten track. With the sound of the sea as your soundtrack and ever-changing coastal views from nearly every room, this characterful three-storey home provides a rare opportunity to stay right on the water’s edge.
Steephill Cove is a hidden gem a traditional fishing cove with no road access, colourful beach huts, fishermen’s cottages and crystal-clear waters perfect for rock pooling, swimming and sandcastle building. The journey down the coastal path only adds to the sense of escape, and the reward on arrival is nothing short of spectacular.
Whether you’re enjoying lazy mornings watching boats drift past, sharing seafood caught just steps from your door, or stretching your legs along the South Wight coastal path, Sandpipers is perfectly placed for couples, families and groups of friends looking to slow down and reconnect by the sea. Sandpipers is a generously sized, detached three-storey holiday home sleeping up to six guests. Designed for relaxed coastal living, the layout flows beautifully across multiple levels, with sociable open-plan spaces, sea-facing balconies and a fantastic lower-ground-floor games room opening directly onto the beach. This is a house made for making memories from evenings by the fire to long summer days spent barefoot on the sand.

Lounge: Corner sofa, open fire, Smart HD TV, Blu-ray DVD player, sound system, books and board games. Patio doors open onto the balcony

Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver (£100)provide a pre-authorised security deposit (£500) before check-in. (The deposit is only charged if damage is reported within 7 days after departure.)
Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome (£35 per pet, per week). Please bring your own pet bedding and add pets at booking so the fee is included. If undeclared pets are discovered, the fee will be requested separately.
Electric Vehicles: No on-site charger use of mains electric for car charging is prohibited. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, additional costs may apply.
No stag hen parties.
No smoking vaping indoors.
Linens and towels provided (please bring beach towels and cot linen).
