The house offers 2 levels with a total area of ââ80 m2.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped built-in kitchen, table and chairs, double bedroom with air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower.
On the second floor, accessible via internal stairs, there are two other bedrooms: one double bedroom with private bathroom and shower and another sea view room with one single bed and a pc desk.
The accommodation is equipped with every comfort: TV, refrigerator, wi-fi, iron, linen and towels for each guest.
The house has a shared panoramic terrace overlooking the stunning Guitgia beach. The terrace, equipped with a sitting area, tables and chairs, gazebo, is accessible via an external access and is shared with the next door unit. Excellent combination for al fresco dining with a sea view or simply sipping a good glass of wine in total relax with an incomparable view of the bay.
Airport and port transfers available upon request (extra fee 5 euro per person).
The name of the property: Almanzar, literally translated from Arabic the view, is inspired by the enchanting panorama from the terrace. The contrasting colors combined between the turquoise waters of the sea, the white sand and the intense blue of the sky makes this place unique.

Far from the Sicilian coast, truly remote and gorgeous, with a contrast between its wild nature and beautiful beaches, inevitably revealing its turquoise colored sea and clear blue sky delivering the warm Mediterranean sun, it will be the reality of your dream vacation where time does not exist.
It is the most southern island belonging to Italy, still with clear historical traces of Arabic colonies portrayed in the style of the islandâs original construction.
