Bright and elegant apartment within a historical and prestigious building, a few minutes away from the beautiful Via Garibaldi and the centre of Genoa.

This apartment, located on the fourth floor of a recently renovated historical building and reachable with the lift, opens onto a large living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table and enriched with a fireplace and wood flooring. In the same room there is an open-plan and well-equipped kitchen, also fitted with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. A bedroom with a queen size bed completes the apartment, together with a full bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a dryer. At guests’ disposal there are also comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a heating pump.

On the same floor there is also a modern and beautiful common area decorated with stuccoes and frescoes, with sport equipment such as weight benches and tapis roulants, and a space equipped for remote work with internet access and workstations.

The spirit of Genoa lies in the alleys, where different smells, tastes, languages ​​and cultures perfectly blend in.
In the historical center is the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, in Romanesque style with a black and white striped façade and frescoed interiors. Narrow streets lead to monumental squares such as the Piazza de Ferrari, with its characteristic bronze fountain, and the Carlo Felice opera house.
The Genoa aquarium, the largest in Europe, is unmissable and iconic.
