La Casa di Nonna Agnese

Nonna Agnese is a welcoming apartment, the walls are decorated with real stone that make the house warm and comfortable. It has two floors: on the ground floor the living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV; the open space kitchen, equipped, with a central table, fixed to the wall. On the first floor, going up the wooden stairs, there is the sleeping area which has an anti-bedroom with a French double bed and the bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a windowed shower box. In the entrance courtyard, shared with the owners of the property, there will be a small well-kept garden with an outdoor dining area and a parking space shared with the owners. The apartment is located in the historic center of Padenghe, convenient to all the main points of the locality. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

All facilities are cleaned and sanitized by certified, top-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all facilities and all necessary information on accommodation.
Customer care will always be at your disposal, via email or telephone for the entire stay.
You can also come and visit us at the office to discover the promotions reserved for you and the activities to do in the surrounding area.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the online facility and perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages. 
It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.
Please note: we do not guarantee to answer the phone after 10pm. 
It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. 
In case of violation, an amount of 200 euros will be charged.
