The four apartments are located in a beautiful detached house, surrounded by a lovely designed garden with a pool.

These modern and preciously furnished apartments are ideal for a relaxing holiday. The small holiday residence is only a short walk away from the beach, from the lake promenade, and from the center, and there is also a children's playground just a few steps away from the house.



The apartment Maison Bellini number 1 is spread over 2 floors. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with a glass shower. The ground floor of the accommodation consists of a spacious living room with an open, modern fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining table. On the private terrace you can enjoy a good glass of wine from the region, to happily end up your holiday days.



In the outdoor pool you can refresh yourself on hot days and then relax on the sun terrace in a deck chair.

You can park your car in the parking spots belonging to the building.

And moreover: if you like playing golf, you can enjoy it in Golf Bogliaco. If you want to visit one of the most famous and nicest places around the lake, just take the ferry (which runs all year round) to Torri del Benaco. The Scaliger Castle from 1383 and many other attractions await you here.

The location is suitable as a starting point for one-day trips to the beautiful cities of Verona, Brescia, Venice and around Lake Garda.
