Récemment rénové et meublé belle chambre à deux lits, deux salles de bain complète au deuxième étage. Capacité 6 personnes. Le balcon et les baies vitrées donnent directement sur l'océan. Draps et serviettes luxueux fournis. Télévisions dans les chambres et le salon. Le WiFi est inclus. Grande piscine à l'usage exclusif des clients en copropriété seulement. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Disponible pour une occupation quotidienne, hebdomadaire et mensuelle avec un séjour minimum de deux nuits. Chaises de plage, serviettes et parasol fournis également. Près des boutiques et des restaurants gastronomiques du centre-ville historique de Fernandina. Cette propriété ne dispose que d'une seule place de parking pour nos clients. We had so much fun staying at this condo on Amelia Island! The condo is in a great location with a fantastic view of the ocean, dolphins and other wildlife. The beach was not crowded at all! We were able to walk to Salt Life and Sandbar restaurants and the little putt putt area. I’m so glad we stayed here! It could use some updates but was very clean and great communication with the host.

The beach view was exceptional. The beach towels, chairs etc in the closet were a huge surprise. Loved our stay and would certainly recommend.

Small, but very adequate. A few things missing, like bars of soap in bathroom and sponge or scrubber in kitchen. Beautiful view of beach. Garage is a bit cramped for a bigger vehicle. Needed better info upon arriving at garage on how to proceed.

We loved the space and would definitely stay there again. Everything is clean, and the ocean inspired decor is beautiful. The area is quiet. It was a dream to be staying right on the beach, and the balcony is lovely for watching the sunrise. The condo is a short drive to the historic downtown area. The host, property manager, and front desk staff were responsive and helpful when we had questions or needed something. They provided us with great recommendations for local dining, tours, and outdoor activities. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we plan to return!

Beautiful view! Quiet setting. Comfortable accommodations. Quick responses to texts when we had questions. Space was clean over all.. Shower curtain had mildew on it. Rug in living room was clean but curled up and was a tripping hazard. Kitchen was clean and well equipped.

The pros: The location was great. There was a decent amount of space in the condo for our family. We loved the giant TV in the living room! We also throughly enjoyed the pool and ocean views from the condo! Beach access was great with a hose to rinse off and an elevator made it easier to lug our beach gear up and down. We also took advantage of the beach chairs provided in the unit. The cons: The property itself could use some TLC, and it was clear the cleaning of the unit prior to our arrival was rushed. We found used wet towels in the bedroom and a very dirty shower with hair everywhere in the main bathroom. The secondary bathroom with the tub would not drain properly. The kitchen supplies were also quite worn and would benefit from being replaced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We probably would choose to stay elsewhere, however, for the price due to the cleanliness and worn down nature of the unit.
