Summary:
This modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is set within a converted mill building and located within easy reach of Leeds city centre. The apartment has everything you needed for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay, including a fully fitted kitchen/open plan living area, 2 clean and modern bathrooms (1 has a bath) with complimentary toiletries and towels, 2 spacious double bedrooms and high speed Wifi throughout. It's just a 25 minute walk to the city centre and it's attractions.
The Space:
This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 4 guests to live in comfort. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and create a feeling of space. The open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a snug sofa, armchair and large TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious double bedrooms feature plenty of storage space for clothes, large windows and a comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathrooms have powerful showers (1 with bath), toilets and sinks as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

Guests have sole access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a more peaceful area of Leeds on a quiet road, you are in an ideal spot, whilst still being within easy reach of the City Centre. There are a few shops and cafe's on your doorstep but for more choice you can head in to the city centre which is just a 25 minute walk along the river or a short drive/bus journey.
Getting Around:
Leeds train station has access to all major UK stations and is just 1.2 miles away. There is a bus stop on the street outside with buses to the centre every 5 minutes. The city centre can also be easily reached on foot.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.
Please note that the entrance door to your apartment does NOT lock automatically, please manually lock the door to the apartment upon entry and exit to the apartment.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
