Welcome to this spacious, modern 3-bedroom apartment at the Zeedijk in Knokke - 't Zoute with parking! Staying in this comfortable apartment will help you experience Knokke in the best possible way. It has a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area where you can see the sea, 3 bedrooms with space for 6 persons and two modern bathrooms! Ready to visit Knokke in style?
This apartment includes a private parking space, but is not accessible for bigger vehicles as the roof is only 183 cm high.

The Space:
The living-room and kitchen is located on the 1st floor with a wide window to enjoy the sea. You have 3 bedrooms with two comfortable modern bathrooms. It’s fully decorated, so rest assured, everything is in a mint condition and all comfort is present! We offer you a fantastic bedroom so you will dream like an angel, fast Wifi to look up everything you need, a flat screen with enough channels and modern bathrooms with all modern comfort. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own food or drinks, a spacious dining area with large table for 6.

With two balconies you can get a breath of fresh air within the apartment. One of the balconies boasts a view of the beach and the ocean. A great place to relax and look at the sea.

All 3 bedrooms have a king-size double-bed allowing 6 persons to enjoy this house. Ideal for a large family with children, friends or up to 3 couples.

The bedrooms have fantastic beds that have already been professionally made for you with high quality bed linen. We provide high quality hotel bedding and linen that allows you to sleep like an angel. Important to mention we also provide soft and thick bath towels (one large & one small per person) and luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body-lotion, shower gel and hand-soap and a comfortable bathmat in the bathroom.

This apartment also provides a private parking space. However, this won't be accessible for bigger vehicles as the roof is only 183 cm high.

The Neighborhood:
Between the old village of Knokke, Heist aan Zee and Duinbergen and the beaches of the North Sea, you can stay in our seaside town in an oasis of tranquility, close to numerous luxurious boutiques, culinary establishments and beautiful cycling and walking routes. Knokke-Heist is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Belgium. It is located on the border with the Netherlands. The sea forms the northern border and to the east lies the Zwin Provincial Nature Park as a buffer with the coast of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen (Netherlands) and only a few kilometers away from the Cadzand, Sluis and Retranchement just across the border. Damme is located on the south side of Knokke-Heist and the seaport of Bruges is located to the west.

The beach in Knokke-Heist is very famous for it’s exclusive and trendy beach-bars that allow you to enjoy a drink, snack, the sun and the ambiance of course.

Knokke-Heist has always exerted a special attraction on artists, architects, sculptors and painters. Knokke-Heist invests in art and is at home in all markets. For example, you can view top international works at more than 50 galleries.

The nature reserve "t Zwin" is one of the eye-catchers that you want to see during your stay and is an interactive nature experience park for the whole family.

The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and the furniture and household effects present, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The Accommodation is fully furnished, whereby 90% of the price refers to the property and 10% to the furniture. You can optionally purchase certain products and services from Huswell, which Huswell provides in its own name and on its own account.

LINEN IS PROVIDED BY THE OWNER:
The owner of this accommodation provides high-quality bed and bath linen as part of the reservation total upon confirmation. One set of bed and bath linen per person, per stay. More can be ordered during your stay.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.

HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.

CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.

INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.

MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Don’t be fooled
Not impressed. When we arrived, the flat had not been cleaned-towels and bed linen had not changed, the apartment was left in a mess by previous visitors. We then had a nightmare of trying to get hold of someone-this took almost 3 hours. Eventually, a couple with their small son arrived to try and clean as best possible. We could not use the flat until 10pm. Not very impressed; along with this, the very grubby feel of the 3apartment - really needed a deep cleaning. There was no door handle on the main bathroom door, which is really not good, so you could not have privacy. We emailed a list of issues, and they refused to make contact and then, for the privilege of all this, husband took our deposit fee of £386 for breakage - the irony is no one had checked on the people that had left before us. This review needs to be viewed.Be very aware when booking on the website, there are lots of hidden cons, and you will not get any help. Approx 4hrs of stress trying to email or call. It is all artificial AI (not real people). They have now charged us for dirty property and for breakages. When we left the flat, it was cleaner than when we arrived. Terrible host. Book at your own peril. Don’t be fooled by 2 OK reviews. Where is the truth.? A family from London is staying in a rather nice part of Belgium, but not a nice host nor a nice property. I will think twice about visiting this place again. Horrible customer experience. We stole our deposit money with no explanation. Karma!

mooi appartement maar enkele minpunten. De ramen en het terras waren verschrikkelijk vuil. Zelf gepoetst. Weinig licht in de badkamer. De stoelen van de keuken en het salon hadden hun beste tijd gehad. Ook vuile glazen en pannen. Zeer goede ligging. En spijtig veel lawaai van de renovatie.

Great apartment and location
Plenty of space, as it has three large beds and two full bathrooms. Kitchen and dining area are very spacious, as well as the living room. Great location, literally right on the beach. Was very clean and well made up on our arrival. Many everyday items are provided. The Huswell company responds immediately to any inquiries. Will stay again!
