Mango Vert House is unique to the Arima area as it is incredibly homely, spacious house with four excellent sized rooms and vast entertaining space. You'll adore staying at this house due to it's perfect location, right in the heart of Arima and access to local amenities. We pride ourselves in ensuring our guests have a safe and enjoyable stay at Mango Vert House therefore the house is fully secured with external CCTV cameras that are fully accessible for guests to see during their stay. The famously distinctive mango green coloured house is fully secured with double gates and video doorbell entry system. There is a spacious private parking area right outside the house which can accommodate up four vehicles.

As you enter the property, you will be greeted with a lovely entrance space which has shoe and coat storage as well as a beautiful upright piano, providing you with a sense of peace and calm.
The downstairs space is beautifully proportioned with a cosy separate living room/lounge which opens up into the large 'L' shaped sheltered gallery area. Within the living room/lounge there is comfortable three piece suite sofa set with beautiful decorative cushions. The large 50 inch smart TV has guest access to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as local tv stations. Not only that, the large three seater sofa is also a comfortable sofa bed which can provide addition sleeping space for guests.

The gallery area of Mango Vert House is unique and provides comfortable space to kick back and relax on those warm Trinidadian evenings. The space has a lovely sofa set and side tables, perfect for socialising and entertaining.

The dining area is separate from the open plan kitchen and can be set for up to 8 people to enjoy a meal together. In addition to this, there are more sofas and space to relax. There will be need no need to fight over using the bathroom as you have the option of the large refurnished communal bathroom upstairs or the newly refurbished downstairs bathroom which has a stunning double shower cubical and rain shower, a great addition to the house.

The modern, spacious, recently refurnished open plan kitchen, has everything you will need! A stunning built in double electric oven, built in microwave, integrated electric hob, extractor fan, electric toaster and kettle. Not only that, the kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer and utility area which includes a washing machine. The Mango Vert House kitchen is one of highlights of the house, the perfect place to cook up a traditional Trinidadian dish or two! Perfect for larger groups of people to enjoy with access to cookware, cutlery and silverware.

Within the house, there are four beautiful and generously sized bedrooms. Each bedroom is comfortable with ample wardrobe storage space and comfy home furnishings. We have two bedrooms offering double beds (Bedroom 1 and 2), a huge master en-suite bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed (Bedroom 4) and a double sized bedroom (Bedroom 3) with a single bunk bed and single bed. Need extra beds? We have available, upon request, two single folding beds and one double air bed which can be placed in any of the bedrooms. We also have an under two's travel cot which is free to use upon request.

We have tried to consider all aspects of our guest experience, this includes a number of UK 3 pin 240v plug sockets placed throughout the property as well as local two pin plug sockets. So do not worry if you forget your travel adaptor, we've got you covered!

Location information
Mango Vert House is perfectly located, right in the heart of Arima. The property has ample, gated, private parking space which can accommodate up to four vehicles. In addition to this, there is free on street parking along Longden Street.

With Piarco International Airport only 10km away, the house is easily accessible from airport by taxi or by hiring a private vehicle from the numerous car hire companies based at Piarco airport. The capital, Port of Spain, is under 30km which is less than hour to reach by car, therefore easy to get into the capital without having to experience the hustle and bustle of Trinidadian capital city life! Not only that, local famous maxi taxi's and bus routes provide excellent transport links from Arima to other major towns and cities across Trinidad, perfect for those who wish to explore.

Just under 90 metres away, is the locally known and well respected bar/convenience store called Jenny On D Corner where you'll meet friendly locals who are always willing to help or chill out for a lime or for you to pick up some essential supplies.

If you are in need of larger supermarket, the local Massey store is just 650 m
away and has vast number of local and imported products to suit your taste. With the famous Arima clock dial just 450 m away, you are perfectly situated to explore the sights and sounds of Arima, including the famous 'doubles' street food stalls!
