This beautiful apartment in a super central location in the city centre of Munich is waiting for you! The 80 m² flat has been freshly renovated this year and offers space for up to twelve people. You have your own kitchen and bathroom, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Get ready for a true Munich experience just a stone's throw away from Marienplatz, Stachus and the English Garden!

Comfortable apartment in fantastic location

We stayed 3 nights and had a fabulous time. The apartment was clean, comfortable, warm and cosy. The street was quiet and in a great spot - easy walking distance to everywhere.

Close to everything! We walked everywhere. We had a great stay. We had a little trouble with the toilet and they sent a plumber right over. Would definitely stay there again!

Awesome location and great for larger groups

We needed a few nights and chose this property based on location. We were not disappointed- heart of Munich with tons of great restaurants and sites just a few minutes walk. We had out children and the two bedrooms and lots of space made for a very comfortable stay. Will definitely return.

Great Christmas Market Getaway

Great location, easy process, cute, comfortable, necessities covered. Grocery, restaurants, cafe all in the same block. Could use a bit of elbow grease on light switches and shower grout. Definitely would book again! Dankeshein

Smaller apt, adequate with good location

My family of four stayed in this apt for a few days in June. The location is great - easy to get to everything, restaurants just steps away. It really is the reason to book this apartment. The place itself is fine - not great, just fine. The furniture is coming apart in places, the mattresses are thin. The kitchen and bathroom are small. And the shower had mold. It was fine - we stayed, we enjoyed our days out in Munich. But would I stay here again? Probably not.

Comfortable apartment in a great location

Our second stay at this apartment. The first stay we had sub zero temperatures outside (December 2022) but the apartment was very warm and cosy. This time, the outside temperatures were above freezing and we were glad to be able to open the windows for some fresh air. It's a ground floor apartment but the street was very quiet so this wasn't an issue. The apartment is simply furnished (lots of IKEA) but clean, comfortable and an ideal base to walk from. Highly recommend!

I’ll start with the positives: the location was good, and the host responded quickly to messages.However, our experience overall was disappointing. We booked for four adults, and the listing advertised a two-bedroom property. Upon arrival, we initially saw only one bedroom. Eventually, we found a door to another bedroom in the back—but it had dirty sheets and towels. I messaged the host, and they sent someone over to clean right away.When the cleaner finished, we noticed the beds in the second room were still unmade. We asked why, and were told that since we only booked for four guests, the front bedroom was “set up” for four and the second bedroom wasn’t prepared. This was confusing—four adults typically means we would use both bedrooms. After much back-and-forth, they finally made the beds in the second room. The host also told us that we could have just taken sheets and made the bed ourselves, and that we should have informed them ahead of time if we wanted both bedrooms ready.The listing photos were also misleading. The apartment appeared staged—different beds, different artwork, no rugs, and the bathroom lacked the side shelf shown in the pictures. In reality, the beds were futon-style mattresses, extremely hard, with rough and itchy sheets. The couch was stained and ripped. The shower had visible mold, adding to the overall lack of cleanliness.Overall, while communication was prompt, the cleanliness, comfort, and accuracy of the listing left a lot to be desired.

Not Representative of the Images

The furnishings and overall experience is more of a youth hostel than a nice apartment rental. Many upgrades are needed, plus a deep cleaning and fresh paint. For example, bath towels were small and thin. Bed pillows had no support as they were simply bags of shredded filler material. Beds were thin futon-type mattresses on a hard box structure, not at all as represented in the photos. Shower head barely spits out water and needs to be replaced. Although a non smoking apartment, we detected scents of past smoking. Furniture is worn and needs replacement. I could go on, but you get the point. This rental was a huge disappointment. It’s operated by a corporate rental company, so perhaps they are putting profits before quality, I can only hypothesize. I had several exchanges with the rental firm and although they were quick to respond, I did not find them very helpful or particularly friendly. The location is indeed convenient to old town Munich in what I’d describe as a ‘transitional’ area. (Meaning not too nice now, but could be after a few years of investment). This is a convenient place for low budget travelers of 2-4 people. It’s just too small to support more than that. VRBO: I have pictures if you’d like to contact me separately about these comments.

Lokatie goed, appartement matig onderhouden

Prima lokatie. Schoonheid liet te wensen over, extra schoonmaakbeurt gehad. Ook wifi en stopcontacten kapot waarvoor opnieuw hulp gekregen. De foto’s zijn van vroeger, meubilair is inmiddels aftands. Bedden geen boxspring zoals op de foto maar hout met dun matras.

Great location

Central location and spacious apartment. I would recommend bringing your own pillows though, the pillows provided were like a couple of cotton balls stuffed into a pillow case. Otherwise, the place was convenient to evrything.
