Justin’s place is cozy and clean. We spent days and evenings exploring Munich and it was a great place to come home to. Great view of the city. Walkable to old town, Marianplatz, Viktualienmarkt, the river paths and a tram line making it easy to get around. Tons of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores near by. Area feels very safe.Justin is a fantastic host. We had a problem with the tram and he talked us through it via text so we could get to his place. We would definitely stay again.

There is no wifi. There is no TV. There is no storage for bathroom essentials because there is no counter. Very small apartment. No way are you cooking here. It is a bed and a shower, and a nice owner. Good location, walkable to Marienplatz, Karlplatz, or Octoberfest.

We had a great time in the very centrally located top floor apartment. The host met us upon arrival to get us situated and was very easy to get in touch with as needed. We were very comfortable and happy with this apartment.

The property is located about a 10-minute walk from Marienplatz, so it is convenient. It is a 7- or 8-story building, but unfortunately the building itself was a construction zone. My first morning there I was awokened at 6:50am by the pounding of hammers and then jackhammering noises in the unit right above. Also, a giant crane next to the building was elevating equipment and was very noisy.Otherwise, it was good. I would recommend buying better bath towels -- the one I used was threadbare like scratch paper. Also, the shower head is located in a horrible place in the shower (right in the middle), so it was difficult to take a shower. Justin was nice and very helpful, but I just wish I would have known that so much construction would be going on during my stay.

Wonderful place

The apartment is small but a gem in the center of one of the cutest neighborhoods in Munich. We loved our stay, and the view of downtown that we woke up to every day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Servicable, clean unit in a very quiet building and neighborhood. Nice restaurants and hip bars abound. Easy walk to Marienplatz, Isar. Tram runs right by.

Excellent location right near the old city!

Justin's apartment was in the perfect location in MĂŒnchen for sightseeing and enjoying the old city, close to Sendlinger Tor, and a brief walk to Marienplatz and all other parts of the old city. The apartment itself is very private and boasts a stunning view from the 8th floor. Justin was extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is a bit spartan, and does not have WiFi or a TV. However, this does not detract from its charm. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay while sightseeing in MĂŒnchen.
