This beautiful apartment is situated In the heart of Hampstead Village only 3 minutes walk to the High Street and 5 minutes to Hampstead Heath. The property is situated on the raised ground floor and benefits from high ceilings. It features a lovely sitting room with large reclining leather.sofa , ornamental fireplace and dining room table suitable for up to 4 people. The bedroom overlooks the rear garden and comprises a king size double bed (168 cm wide and 204 long )and wardrobes..
The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob, oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine
The bathroom has a bath shower facility.
Hampstead Heath, Burgh House, Kenwood Estate, Fenton House, Hampstead antiques market, Keats House , Primrose Hill , Belsize Park and St Johns Wood are all close by and Hampstead tube station and Hampstead heath overground station provide easy access to the West End and City..

Handy to Hampstead heath and high street

Great location and owner couldn’t have been more accommodating. Very knowledgeable about the area and made many good suggestions.

Terrific option for Hampstead visit.

Great location for Hampstead stay. Close to village shops and restaurants + access to Hampstead Heath make this a perfect property. Daryl is a great host. Communication with him was terrific. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect! Easy walking to transportation, shops, restaurants, and groceries. The flat was cozy, bright, comfortable and clean. Communication with host, Daryl, was smooth. He was able to be flexible with my arrival time and I was greeted with wine and fresh flowers. He walked me through the flat to make sure I knew how everything worked. I loved the quiet of Hampstead village and walking the Heath. I hope to return! An excellent stay!!

Magical Hampstead

This was our second time staying at this property and it serves as the perfect base for our visit. Well located to cover all areas of Hampstead, South End Green and Belsize Park. Easy access to all transport links. While we experienced a few unexpected hiccups this trip, the owner cares deeply about his property and is very communicative to help sort out any issues that might arise. A perfectly appointed flat for short or long stays.

Excellant host, perfect location

This is a lovely raised ground floor apartment right in the centre of Hampstead village and very close to all its lovely cafes, shops and restaurants. It was also very close to Hampstead heath, and I loved walking to Kenwood House for tea. Daryl was the perfect host and very communicative, and the apartment was beautifully clean, had wonderful natural light and excellent amenities. I will definitely stay there again, and thank you so much for your hospitality.

It's a lovely bright extremely clean comfortable space in the heart of Hampstead. Easily accessible from the Hampstead tube station and the overground. The host Daryl is extremely helpful. He left flowers, chocolates and a lovely bottle of wine.He is extremely solicitous of all requests. This was my second stay at this address and I highly recommend it!

Great flat! Great location!

We stayed at this wonderful flat for 5 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it! The location is perfect for walking or taking the tube. We love the 5 minute walk to shops/restaurants and to the Heath. The street is quiet and bedroom on the backside of the flat overlooking a green backyard. The rooms are comfortable and kitchen is fully set up with all you will need. Daryl was a first rate host. I highly recommend it and we already plan to stay again on our next visit to London.

A lovely experience in Hampstead

What a great place and lovely host. From the moment I arrived it felt like home – the apartment is fabulously located in the centre of Hampstead village, so it’s just literally a two minute walk from the High Street and the beautiful Hampstead Heath. Great flat in a wonderful location

We loved our stay in this flat. It was 5 minute walk from the Hampstead High St , with restaurants, shops, grocery etc. Six minute walk in the opposite direction brought you to Hampstead Heath. The tube stop is on the Northern Line, which takes or links you to pretty much anywhere in London worth seeing. The owner, Daryl, is very helpful with tips re: getting to airport at end of stay, and also stays in touch, in case you need anything. Just a professional show, all around.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in Hampstead! The property was on a quiet street located close to the village, Heath, and tube station. Daryl was easy to communicate with and provided us with many recommendations for our stay.

A nice place for a break

We really needed to have a place to chill and this was a lovely place to do it. Quiet and clean environment with enough of the mod cons (except for a microwave) to be comfortable. Close to cafés and shops as advertised (except for the hike up the hill) but a great location and environment. Thank you Daryl for the little touches which made us feel welcome. Will recommend to friends.

Perfect for us!

Daryl is an amazing host! Easy to reach and went over and beyond for us! Perfect size home away from home! Love the neighborhood and easy walks to the restaurants and shops! Also to the park a few blocks away with many trails and ponds!
