Soiano del Lago, a charming location near Lake Garda on the Brescia shore, takes its name from "Gate of the Sun", translation of "Solis ianua" which is enough to define the characteristics of this small village in Valtenesi, rich in vineyards and olive trees immersed in the green hills. In Soiano del Lago, the Castle dating back to the 10th century, which hosts events and manifestations during the summer period, is definitely worth a visit.
