Galtons Cottage is a beautiful thatched cottage close to all amenities in the village of West Moors in Dorset. Close to wonderful country side and main roads to London, and yet secluded. This charming cottage has 6 bedrooms + glamping pod and 6 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 16, 14 in the house and an extra 2 in the pod which you can hire for an extra 15% of the rental. There is a charming secure courtyard off the kitchen dining area with garden seating for 16, with hot tub, glamping pod, children's play frame and trampoline.

This 200 year old picturesque cottage has a bright airy extension for the kitchen and dining area with underfloor heating and a smart well equipped kitchen but also full of charm for the rest of the cottage, with beams, inglenook fireplace and wood stove. Off the sitting room is a charming snug with bar and games area.

There are lovely gardens to front and rear with a childrens play frame and trampoline, hot tub and secure patio area to the rear. EV charging is available please enquire for details.

There is off road parking for 4 + cars with good road links and public transport nearby.

A wonderful Welcome pack is provided including a bottle of Prosecco, New Forest Spring Water locally produced Tutti Fruity Jam, Biscuits, Milk, Tea & Coffee*. Also a discount Go New Forest card to be used locally which can provide discounts when used with participating businesses.

Hot tub a 4 person hot tub is available on request at a cost of £325 for a weekend and £400 for the week.
Additional Accommodation in the Galtons Cottage Glamping Pod that sleeps 2 either in 1 king size or 2 singles available at 15% of rental.
Additional accommodation in ‘Jessica’ our vintage VW Bay campervan, T2 1600 manual which sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12 (only available in the warmer months).
First basket of logs free then £7.50 a bag thereafter.

Facilities and Services: Gas fired central heating and electricity included. Travel cot, 2 high chairs, stairgates (but please bring own cot bedding), dogs welcome, fully enclosed garden with patio and barbecue area. Bookings are Friday to Friday for 7 night stays, Friday to Monday for weekend stays, and Monday to Friday for mid-week stays.

There is a £500 refundable security deposit to ensure against damage, £56 Cleaning fee, pets are charged at £40 each.
