This charming cottage has 6 bedrooms, a bedroom annexe, and 6 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 16; 14 in the house and an extra 2 in the annexe (charges apply).



This 200 year old picturesque cottage has a bright airy extension for the kitchen and dining area with underfloor heating and a smart well equipped kitchen but is also full of charm with beams, an inglenook fireplace and woodburning stove. Off the sitting room is a charming snug with bar and games area. There are lovely gardens to the front and rear and a charming secure courtyard off the kitchen dining area with garden seating for 16, a charcoal bbq, children's play area with frame and trampoline and a hot tub. This courtyard area is also secure for dogs.



In addition, there is a Games Barn with table tennis, pool, table football, darts and table hockey,



A wonderful Welcome pack is provided including a bottle of Prosecco, New Forest Spring Water locally produced Tutti Fruity Jam, Biscuits, Milk, Tea & Coffee*. Additional sleeping accommodation in ‘Jessica' our vintage VW Bay campervan, T2 1600 manual which sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 small children (only available in the warmer months).



A 4 person hot tub is available on request at a cost of £325 for a weekend/short break and £400 for the week.

Pets are charged at £40 each per stay

High chairs, stairgates and travel cots supplied on request - please, bring your own cot bedding.

Charcoal barbecue available, please bring your own coals.

First basket of logs free then £7.50 a bag thereafter.



There is a £500 refundable security deposit to ensure against damage.
