Conveniently located, it’s just a 10-minute walk from New Street train station and only two minutes from the coach station. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, along with fresh linens and towels provided at the start of their stay.

The interior is finished to a high standard, offering stylish furnishings and modern fixtures throughout. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, enhancing the open-plan living area. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for home-cooked meals, accompanied by a dining table and a comfortable sofa with a TV. High-speed broadband is available throughout. The generous double bedroom includes ample storage, a full-length window, and a plush bed with crisp hotel-quality linen. There is a communal roof terrace that you can access during your stay.

Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.
