This marvellous villa enjoys a great position on the West coast of the island, on a residential street right on the sea front. The sandy bay of Calan Forcat and lively resort centre are both within a short walk, with a choice of other sandy bays and larger beaches also within easy reach on foot or by car. Villa Mercedes is only 2 miles West of the ancient, old capital town of Ciutadella which is definitely worth a visit during your stay!

In order to save electricity, this villa operates a system whereby the power, including the air conditioning, is only operational when an activation key is inserted. Similar to the system used in a number of hotels, this activation key is connected to the main house keys and would need to be taken out when leaving the villa. The air conditioning in this villa also operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
