If any dishes were used please make sure those are washed & put away. Please take the garbage out to the trash chute it is located on the left end of the hall when exiting the condo.
All dirty towels please place them in the bathtub. Take only the bedsheets and place them in a pillow case from each used bed. Thermostat please leave it at 70° CHECK OUT IS AT 10 AM.
Wonderful place to stay. The condo was so homey and we loved being so close to the beach. Me and my family look forward to renting through robin again for our next vacation!

The condo let's just say is a good piece of property. Location is great. Literally 3 min walk to the beach, short walk to get food and short drive to all the restaurants or stores you needed. The condo had so much space for the 2 of us and the kitchen was definitely a bonus. The host Robin was awesome! Communication was great and anytime I had a question she was on it. Only thing I would critique is making sure the shower mats are clean it was I'm assuming last guest hair all on them and also change the shower curtain especially the the shower lining. But other than that I give this place a 9-10! And I will recommend this Condo, also I will book again. Thanks Robin.
Thank you Ashley for the nice review, I am sorry for the condition you came across the bath rug. I will definitely address this issue with my cleaning lady & next time you WILL NOT find it in that condition.
The good.. the condo was clean, looked exactly like the picture, the host provides lots of beach accessories if needed (beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, soccer ball, etc). The badâŠWhen we arrive, the code to enter the property did not work. I called the host twice, messaged her on vrbo twice, called vrbo customer service & waited on hold for 10 minute for them to hang up on me? I called the host again no answer then my friend called & she answered. It was a simple error but I feel that as a host you should check & recheck your reservations prior to your guest arrival to ensure things like this doesnât happened. Also answer your phone when your guest are calling! The condo was clean but there were roaches. The water pressure in the shower was horrible & didnât get hot enough. Lastly, I donât feel that guest should have to take trash out, wash dishes & remove linen if there is a cleaning fee! Yes, we should clean behind ourselves minimally but we almost had to have the condo looking like it was when we arrived & pay the fee!
Hello Ashley, I'm very sorry that your check in wasn't smooth. I do realize how stressful that can be. My apologies for not getting your call the first time it came through. That is something that is a rare occurrence for me. As for the water situation that has been resolved I had the hot water tank replaced. As for the bugs seen I have the condo sprayed once a month. Addressing the cleaning fee there are only a few hours to get in and deep clean & get out before each guest checks in. I try to not ask much from my guests but doing the dishes and removing the garbage is cleaning up behind yourself. It's nice to have the dishes, utensils, cups to use. That is why VRBO's are normally rented because they have those convenient amenities like being at home rather than a hotel. I have stayed in many VRBOs as well as Airbnbs everyone has had checkout instructions and cleaning instructions to follow.
I assure you that it did not look as it did when you checked out. Bathrooms have to be deep cleaned. Floors have to be swept and mopped. As well as bedding and towels have to be washed and surfaces sanitized, glass door cleaned mirrors cleaned, balcony cleaned. There is a lot behind the scenes that has to be taken care of. I take great pride in my Happy Place. I would like to offer you to return and give it another chance maybe for more than an overnight. I promise that I try and make the guests comfortable and enjoy relaxation on their stay.
