You couldn't be in a more perfect spot in Cape Town! True beauty, relaxation, security and comfort. Breakfast spots nearby - a very short walk to a lovely selection of cafes/restaurants
The Space:
Beautiful apartment with complimentary WIFI and DSTV for those times you are staying home. A heated swimming pool in walking distance from the apartment or the Quarter Deck pool and gym facility is an aded bonus situated across from the apartment.

What is Powered:WiFi in the apartment. The lifts in the building and the lights in the communal areas.
HOUSEKEEPING
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.
CHILD POLICY
This home welcomes all ages.
SMOKING POLICY
This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside.
CAMERAS
Exterior cameras are managed by the Marina Estate security and are placed in and around entrances, exists and general communal areas for all staying in the complex. This is a high-security estate.
Guest Access:
Easy access to a communal heated pool where one can enjoy the afternoon sun and Marina life. Gym facilities on the estate overlooking the harbour.This apartment is within walking distance to both the V&A Waterfront which has a variety or restaurants, shopping and entertainment as Cape Town City Centre. Our host will meet you at the apartment on arrival, show you to your designated parking bay and check you in.
The Neighborhood:
Situated close to the world famous beaches, trendy and hip Bree Street, Table Mountain, The V&A Waterfront and more... this apartment is centrally located at your convenience! The popular Grand Africa Cafe and OZCF market in walking distance. You could not want more!
Getting Around:
Located in Cape Town, within 400 metres of City Sightseeing Ticket Office, easy access to Uber taxi services or a quick walk to the V&A Waterfront and surrounds.
