The Rockwell is located in trendy De Waterkant with its cobbled streets
and colourful houses. This walkable urban village is a treasure trove
of trendy coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and boutique stores. The
apartment features a modern design aesthetic with nice finishes
throughout. Enjoy uninterrupted views of the Harbour. Located within
walking distance of the V&A Waterfront and the City Centre. Just a
10-minute drive to Table Mountain and the famous Clifton and Camps Bay
beaches.
The space:
This comfortable and modern 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 6th
floor in one of the most recognizable buildings in the area, The
Rockwell. The building has 24h security, access control, covered
parking, elevator access, a gym and a small indoor pool.
The apartment is spacious with thoughtful touches throughout, ensuring
that guests have everything needed for a comfortable and convenient
stay. The unit can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. There is a
main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a
second bathroom that serves as a guest bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering accommodation and
includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The lounge opens
onto a spacious balcony, ideal for taking in the harbour views or

Quarter, a stylish small shopping centre containing many restaurants
