The living and dining areas provide comfort with seating for four, a dining setup, air conditioning, and a desk. Step outside to a spacious private balcony with dining for six, sun loungers, and peaceful canal views. Additional features include an inverter for seamless connectivity and lighting, communal pools, and 24-hour access-controlled security.
